Located on a peaceful estate with a wooded lot and access to Lake Memphremagog, the Constellation intergenerational chalet offers a spacious and welcoming setting, perfect for family vacations or getaways with friends. Its open and convivial living space ensures unforgettable shared moments, while the independent garden-level unit features two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, providing comfort and privacy for all.



Just 15 minutes from downtown Magog, 20 minutes from Mont Orford, and 25 minutes from Newport, Vermont, the chalet enjoys a prime location for exploring the area’s attractions. A short walk away, a boardwalk trail with observation points leads to Lake Memphremagog, where local wildlife such as deer, great blue herons, geese, and turtles can be observed.



For water activities, a boat launch and rentals for rowboats and pontoons are available at Fitch Bay Marina, only 5 minutes away. Parking is also available at Forand Park, next to the marina.



Whether you want to explore the region, observe wildlife, or relax by the water, the Constellation chalet promises a unique and memorable experience.

For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused.
