Superbe chalet bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Seul bémol, en date de juillet 2025, l’accès au lac n’est pas praticable, le niveau d’eau est trop bas, tous les équipements nautiques sont dans la boue…

Notre séjour en famille : des moments précieux malgré plusieurs déceptions

Nous avons passé de beaux moments en famille au chalet, profitant de l’environnement paisible et du temps passé ensemble. Cependant, plusieurs aspects du logement ont malheureusement nui à notre expérience. À notre arrivée, une personne est venue tondre la pelouse, ce qui n’était pas l’accueil que nous espérions après un long trajet. Dès les premiers instants, nous avons remarqué un manque de propreté généralisé. Le lit du rez-de-chaussée était couvert de taches, tant sur la courtepointe que sur les draps, ce qui était très décevant. La laveuse dégageait une forte odeur de moisissure provenant du joint en caoutchouc, et le lave-vaisselle a fui dès sa première utilisation. Mon mari a dû réparer le caoutchouc intérieur pour éviter que l’eau n’endommage le plancher. Le spa aussi dégageait une odeur désagréable. Le divan, quant à lui, contenait des miettes de nourriture sous les coussins, signe évident d’un entretien insuffisant. Au-delà de ces problèmes, l’état général du chalet laisse à désirer : la peinture est tachée à plusieurs endroits, et les murs, portes et moulures auraient grandement besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Ce n’est vraiment pas dans mes habitudes de laisser un commentaire aussi critique, mais nous avons déboursé 2193.25 pour ce séjour, et il me semble important d’être honnête afin que les futurs locataires soient bien informés. Le chalet a beaucoup de potentiel et pourrait être un lieu magnifique s’il était mieux entretenu.

Country side contempory getaway

Drive to house is through scenic farm land. 25 minutes to Magog. We enjoyed the area, beautiful, lots to do, people very nice. We had problem with starting fireplace. Tried to contact host, took 24 hours for response which was to call between 9-5, we were out past 5 each day. One of the girls figured it out, changed battery in switch. Guide to house is online and in French. House is great for get togethers has large table. Could use a corkscrew.

5 days with the kids and grandkids

We had a very nice stay, the house is perfect for a group of 10. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen table is a perfect size for all of us to eat at the same time. The kitchen is fully functional, there are tons of dishes and glasses and all kinds of pots and pans. Nothing is missing! The children loved the canoe and paddle boat rides, ...bring life jackets for the children as there are only two for adults. We had an issue with windows on the second floor but since it was cool out there was less need to open the windows.

Belle propriété pour un regroupement familial

Très belle maison récente et bien équipée. Environnement très calme. Tout était propre à notre arrivée et correspondait à l’annonce mais qqs commentaires constructifs à propos d’éléments qui nous empêchent de donner 5 étoiles à ce séjour: nous avons dû aller acheter du savon à linge à plusieurs minutes de route car les draps et serviettes du 2ème étage n’avaient pas été adéquatement séchés avant d’être installés et rangés et une très forte odeur d’humidité s’en dégageait. Le spa n’a jamais atteint plus de 99 degrés et descendait vite une fois ouvert dû à la température extérieure qui avoisinait les 0 degrés… lors de températures vraiment hivernales, l’eau ne sera définitivement pas assez chaude, elle était déjà limite tiède. Le casse- tête disponible manquait environ 100 morceaux. Il aurait été apprécié de fournir un rouleau d’essuie tout, une ou deux capsules de savons à linge… En général une très belle expérience malgré ces petites lacunes mais pour donner 5 étoiles nous aurions apprécié plus d’attention à ces petits détails qui font une grande différence pour un séjour de ce prix.

Incredible Eastern Township Chalet

We enjoyed the most amazing family ski vacation! This chalet provided us with the such beautiful accommodations after our perfect ski days at Mont Orford. The gorgeous chalet is tucked away in a picturesque treed area, only a short drive into the lovely town of Magog and fantastic ski mountains. Our children loved the foosball table and we all enjoyed the hot tub after our ski days. The beds were very comfortable and the chalet was well equipped with everything we needed! This chalet exceeded our expectations! We will be back!
