The Space:
Luxurious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows guarantee a great rest at night. Brand new billiard and ping pong table. We have foosball table, puzzles, games, cards etc for those that like to play; also coloring books, sketch pads, colored pencils and crayons for exploring your creative side.
Plenty of books for all ages. All books are complimentary, so you are welcome to keep any book you like.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Additional 10 guests can stay using sleeping options such as couches and foldable beds. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The yard is fully fenced in and private features 2 large decks. Upper deck has dinning table and a BBQ grill, egg chairs. Lower deck has lounge furniture and outdoor gas fireplace.
Backyard also features giant chess set and fire pit with chairs, corn hole game.

PARKING: The driveway fits 4. 5th car can be parked alongside the road. No more than 5 cars allowed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron, washer/dryer, free WiFi (200 Mbps), Smart TVs in every room with all your streaming apps, toiletries and all kitchen essentials..

This property is pet friendly. Pet fee is additional $250 per pet

Please, respect the neighbors and make sure there is no loud noise outside at all times. Quiet hours after 10 pm. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we do not allow parties or events. Parking is available on the driveway only and 1 car can be parked directly in front of the house! Maximum 4 cars.
There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $1000 for violating house rules

The Neighborhood:
Shippan Point (or Shippan) is the southernmost neighborhood in Stamford, CT, located on a peninsula in Long Island Sound. It is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the city. Shippan Point is home to two yacht clubs, two restaurants, a marina, a racquet club, and a private beach club.

Getting Around:
The house is a short walking distance to beaches and famous rustic Irish Pub Brennans. Parks, tennis courts, restaurants and stores (including Shoprite) are a couple of minutes drive from the house. Train Station and I95 highway are less than 5 min from the house. Thus, on one hand the house is locatied in a resort community (a lot of New Yorkers and people from all over the U.S. and abroad come to spend their vacations there) and on the other, Shippan Point is close to everything and offers a commute one could only dream of.
