This 693 sq ft luxury apartment in Downtown Stamford is a gem located near the South End. Here, you will find an array of grocery stores, restaurants, and major retailers. Please be advised there’s ongoing construction during daytime hours only throughout 2025.

The apartment features modern furnishings, flat-screen smart TV's, a high-efficiency heating and cooling system, an in-unit washer / dryer, a private terrace, high speed wifi, one queen-sized bed and a twin sized foldable cot.

The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances which include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, along with all of the necessary dishes, glassware and cooking utensils you will need. The kitchen is also appointed with a toaster and water kettle.

Clean linens and towels, coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, and paper products are provided to all guests.

A house manual will be located in the apartment, this will give you all the details on the property along with a list of nearby attractions & restaurants that may pique your interest!

Guests will have access to the fitness center, rooftop lounge with fire pits and grill, billiards room, and clubhouse.

Parking will be provided for free. The apartment covered parking garage will be attached to the building. You will be allotted one space. Parking is on a first come first serve basis.

Your check-in will be contactless and you may gain entry into the apartment complex with a callbox located inside the front entrance. Your keys will be obtained from a lockbox located outside of the apartment door.

For the remainder of your stay, you will use your key fob to access the apartment and community amenities within the building. There is a $75 charge for all lock-outs.

Upon booking any of our apartments you will be asked to upload a photo of a valid form of government issued ID using a secure link. The results obtained after screening will determine your reservation status. The guest verification is a requirement on all properties. Reservations will be cancelled if this step is not completed before your check-in date.
