"Everything secured by covid friendly packaging, including the door to the room. This made the stay pleasing knowing that hygiene was at its best. Staff interaction is not the best, having stood outside a lift to go to the room after a long day and finding out once it came it doesn't go up but only comes down, doesn't help when there is a staff member behind the reception desk watching as you make the mistake, without notifying you of the issue. "
