Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. The service was second to none... nothing was too much to ask of them and want to give a special mention to Lorenzo & Martina. They were always on hand to help with anything we needed! Location couldn't be more perfect also... it was in the heart of the old town and everything was easiliy accessable. When returning to Verona, I'll be staying at Homy Livia again! "

"The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes. I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great "
