In this architecturally designed waterfront villa, you will find yourself entranced by the magnificent views of the islands. Soaking in the infinity edge pool will immediately bring you a sense of calm and peace. Open expansive rooms to gather with your friends and family. Inviting kitchen and large dining area sets the mood for entertaining. Primary bedroom upstairs, king bed, 3 bedrooms downstairs, one king and two queen size beds. Large office/library when you have to take care of any business needs. All rooms have amazing views to the Caribbean Sea. A short drive to Red Hook with numerous restaurants to choose from. The ferry to St. John is located in Red Hook also. Nearby beaches are Vessup Beach, the Ritz beach and Secret Harbor are nearby. Famous white sandy beach at Sapphire is just past Red Hook.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home. Our family of 7 had plenty of space and then some. As great as this home is, the main attraction was the location and view! That view!! We would love to come back for a return trip.

Wonderful home with a pool and an amazing view. The location was great and it was easy to navigate to nearby restaurants, shops and beaches. Quiet, private and peaceful area. We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend!

Great host, great house, awesome time. The house is in a private location right on the water. Perfect for laid back vibe. I love to run so the area around it is nice for running and walking as well. House was perfect, close to bars and restaurants and the owners were responsive and really nice. Would love to stay here again.

This is a wonderfully private home with a great view and lots of entertaining boat traffic. The pool is a nice size for a dipping pool and was clean and refreshing after walking to the top of Cabarita Point and down to the Ritz and back. As advertised the hot tub portion does not heat up though it is warmer than the pool for those that do not want a refreshing dip. A couple of minor issues came up but Shane is a great communicator and takes care of things promptly.

Had a great stay with our family of 5. Enjoyed the patio - truly a “million dollar view”. Location was great for our stay… lots of restaurants, market and marinas all just a short drive away. Very private and quiet. Would love to come back.

Amazing Views!

The property is gorgeous. The location gives you great views of Red Hook and St John from the back window, sliders and pool. The house was well situated for our needs. The front bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath which was great for our young son and my wife and I. The master upstairs was very nice with a very nice master bath. The fourth bedroom had a full bath right across from it. It worked well for our 3 families (only 1 with a kid).The house does not have AC throughout. Each bedroom and the office have mini splits that worked well. The windows and large sliders did a great job cooling the main areas with just ceiling fans. We deliberated getting a rental or just using taxis. We ended up springing for a rental at the last minute and did not regret it. Aside from the narrow street leading to Cabrita Point, it allowed us to more freely go to the grocery (if you go to the store make sure your first trip is to cost u less- the savings are worth the extra 5-10 minute drive) and take longer trips like Magens Bay. Make sure you check the cruise ship schedule before planning a trip to the beach though. We made the mistake of going to Coki beach on a day when 5 cruise ships were in port. It was PACKED!The only negative thing I can say is the hot tub heater is “broke.”. We like to swim at night and enjoy the stars. The water was too cold in late march so we were unable to. I still give it 5 stars though because we were forewarned by other reviews of that.

Hillside with a view

A very private hillside home with wonderful views from the pool deck and sunset views from the roof. A great location that is close to several beaches and Redhook center but you can take nice walks around Cabrita Point and down to the Ritz without much traffic and some more wonderful views. Everything is nicely maintained and the owners and the property manager were responsive and easy to work with. This was our second time at this lovely home and we hope to come back again.

A family favorite vacation for the books!!!

WOW!!! We just returned after a week in St Thomas and we did everything we could to figure out how to stay!!! The house is fantastic - plenty of room, everything you need, and THE VIEW!!! We were relaxed immediately after arriving. We liked that it wasn’t in the middle of everything. It was private and quiet and the breeze off of the ocean … amazing. BOOK IT!!! You won’t regret it. If a hot-hot tub is important, never mind, but that didn’t bother us at all. It would have been nice, but it was warm outside, so we put the pool to use. I truly hope to return!!!

Paradise with Breathtaking Views

Beautifully laid out home located in a private area overlooking Red Hook Bay. Spacious, comfortable, and loved the infinity pool. I don't think there could be a better location on St. Thomas. Worth every penny and would stay here again and again. On our first day my son-in-law said that he would be fine if we just stayed at the Villa every day and just relaxed - and I agreed.

Lovely spot. Great views. Lots of interesting boat traffic to watch coming in and out of rehook harbor. The sound of waves on the shore at night. And a nicely laid out house plan and well equipped kitchen.

The house is as stated. Great location. The host was readily available & attentive as our date to checkin got closer & during. As there are no perfect scenario, the only thing was not enjoyable a non-heated pool & jacuzzi. Otherwise, the house was roomy & the scenery was spectacular.

Great Stay

Everything was up to our expectations. Weather was unseasonably warm for early June. The rooms were cool and dry having AC in each one. I’m sure the main areas of the house would’ve been more comfortable if it wasn’t so hot. We opened all windows and upper vents on the door upstairs to let the heat draw out. Seemed to help a lot if you stay here. Awesome house!

The location of the property is close enough to all tourist things but secluded enough if you just want a peaceful getaway inside. The views, the breeze, the water are all right outside any door or window. Amazing home!

Breathtaking Views

We rented the house for a family vacation (kids 15 and 24). The location is amazing! Very private with stunning views of Red Hook and St. John. Spent every morning drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. Rooms were spacious and clean. Contact with the host and property manager was always quick. Only complaint is that the pool is very cold and that there are only 2 lounge chairs on the deck. Otherwise perfect home and vacations spot. Will definintly be back!

Spectacular House

This house sits right on the water overlooking Red Hook Bay and the channel to St. John with 180 degree water views, just a totally spectacular location. And the house is lovely, was a perfect spot for our family of 5 to spend a week. Highly recommended!
