CONDO: This beachfront luxury condo is situated on a one-half mile white sand beach overlooking the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. While sitting on the white sugar sand beach or your own private shaded balcony with table and chairs and equipped with your own grill, enjoy the breathtaking views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. For the true chef at heart, enjoy cooking in the new, fully equipped kitchen with new custom cabinets, tiled countertop and backsplash. This kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, four-burner glass cook-top, grill on patio, toaster, blender, drip/Keurig coffee maker and several other modern appliances. We supply coffee/filters, tea, spices, paper goods, foil, soap, shampoo, etc. for your use. We have completely remodeled with a new dining set, living area furniture, tiled floor, new shower and two large TV's. Enjoy dining in or eating out on the patio while watching the moon rise over St. John... During the day there is plenty to do or you can just sit and count the boats sailing by... Snorkel the reefs just feet from your private patio, sunbathe on the beach or take a refreshing dip in the two-tiered pool! For dining, there are several choices located on the property. You will leave your worries behind the moment you arrive at our condo!

SUITABLE for couples, families with small children, older adults.

CONDO'S BEDROOM: At the end of the day, retreat to your master bedroom area where you will be soothed to sleep on the new king size luxury pillow-top mattress. For a more private sleeping area, simply close the solid mahogany wood louvered sliders. There are 2 TV's, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom area.
Although this condo boasts a full climate-controlled system, feel free to open the large glass sliders and slip away to ultimate relaxation with tropical breezes and calming sounds of ocean waves.

THE ISLAND OF ST. THOMAS: St. Thomas is a 32-square mile island in the Caribbean owned by the USA, situated below the island of Puerto Rico. St Thomas, USVI boasts world famous beaches and duty free shopping. At Sapphire Beach you can relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean waves on the white sand beach, or if you want to shop... the capital of Charlotte Amalie has what you are looking for! This deep water port, home to cruise ships from around the world, is known for its duty free shops with jewelry, electronics, liquor, perfumes, purses and plenty more!

GETTING AROUND: You have a choice to rent a car OR you can choose to arrange a private taxi ride from the airport to Sapphire Beach for an additional fee. Once you book with us, we will be happy to share recommendations with you. We also have someone who will do grocery shopping for you and stock the condo prior to your arrival. Please inquire at time of booking for more info. Should you decide to rent a car, we drive ON the LEFT. The speed limit is no more than 35 miles an hour on the entire island. You can easily get around and visit some of the other beautiful beaches and sample some of the great restaurants and local entertainment at your own pace. Taxi's are also available at the taxi stand on Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina property.

THINGS TO DO: This condo boats prime beachfront location in most sought-after building "E". Convenient location; less than one mile from Red Hook shops, grocery stores, restaurants, ferry docks to St. John and BVI's. Should you decide to stay and relax at the condo, there are jet skis for rent, powerboats, parasailing, dinner cruises, snorkeling trips or fishing charters! Don't forget Magen's Beach (rated 'top 10 beaches in the world'), Lindquist beach, just to name a few of the over 40 beaches on St Thomas, USVI! A custom package of info (car rental info, taxi rates, maps, activity & restaurant recommendations, etc) will be sent to you upon confirmed reservations. There are numerous free amenities included and concierge services are available. Feel free to browse our guest reviews! Overall our stay at Three Palms was great. It was my wife, myself & our two children (13 & 11). The views were spectacular and the location was perfect. Sapphire beach was beautiful and having resort style amenities such as 3 restaurants on the beach and a coffee shop made things easy. The owners sent a list with many helpful tips & recommendations which we utilized. Restaurants - The Sapphire Beach Bar & Paradise Pie at Sapphire were both quick with the food which was good and affordable. We also at at Sea Salt & Caribbean Fish Market, both of which had beautiful views, great service, delicious food and drinks. The only issue is that cruise ships send people to Sapphire beach, so it was VERY crowded most days. On the day we left, it was empty and quite enjoyable. The condo itself was clean & the owners do a nice job of making you feel welcome. It was probably a little too tight for the age of our kids who slept on the pullout couch, but we made it work.

Great birthday celebration with family and friends, loved this unit, the fact they had a mini bar with left donated liquor as well as a grill that allowed us to grill out steaks, burgers and dogs. Host were not needed during our stay but afterwards our flights got delayed and our host said they would allow us to stay if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay 10 out 10

Susan and Mark were very accommodating and great communication. The condo was very clean and true to pictures and description. It was in a perfect location, next to the dock and only a short walk to the beach, bar and restaurants. Secluded condo tucked near the end so had the privacy we enjoyed. The water was right at your back doorstep. The views were amazing to whether enjoying your morning coffee watching the sunrise or enjoying an evening beverage with the moonlight glistening on the water that leads right to your back patio. They provided everything you need to sunscreen, bug repellent (which you will definitely need), adult beverages, coffee, condiments, etc. Anything and everything you could think of. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

The condo was just enough for us two. Very clean and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! Great communication with hosts. There were a few power outages but that is an island issue not condo. Very pretty beach and close to restaurants and also ferry to St. John. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Relaxation and Tranquility

If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is your place. Quiet end of resort but still right on the water as you walk out your back porch. Susan was very responsive when we got there to make sure we made it in and to make sure all was good. Place was very clean as well. This resort has plenty of restaurants and Red Hook is a cab drive away and more shopping and restaurants there. You can get on the Ferry and take a short ride over to St. Johns which I highly recommend.You won't be disappointed if you book with Susan at the Three Palms.

Amazing!

This is our 3rd time here for my daughter’s birthday. Photos do not do this place justice! The property manager was very nice and promptly responsive. Condo was beautiful and had absolutely everything you (and children) would need to have a great time!

Perfect beachfront getaway with spectacular views!

Sensational beachfront condo! It’s literally steps away from the water! Stunning views! And it’s beautifully decorated! Just perfect! It exceeded our expectations! Especially our 14-year-old son's! You should have seen his face when we walked in and then outside onto the porch, seeing the beach, literally just steps away! He was marveling at the wondrous beauty! As were we! :) My husband and son almost immediately went snorkeling and I joined them in the water. When we returned from our first snorkel and opened the refrigerator we were pleasantly surprised to see it was stocked with a variety of delicious beverages. It was incredibly thoughtful and generous of Susan! We were very grateful! She had everything in the condo that you would need. She was extremely generous and always available to answer any questions we had throughout our trip. We can’t wait to return to this lovely oasis on the beach!

We stayed for a week in February 2025. It was exactly as advertised. Susan was amazing to work with, very attentive and helpful. We cooked almost every night, breakfast every morning on the patio as well and relaxed to the fullest! We will certainly book again if we make it back to St. Thomas. Amazing Beach & Island View

The view from this property is amazing! It was so relaxing to have a drink or read on the patio. The room had everything you could need - although we didn't spend much time inside. The beach at Sapphire Resort is very nice. It was nice to have the chair service & we had a great spot under the shade of a mangrove tree to relax when we were not in the water snorkeling!

Thanksgiving Trip

The condo was well stocked, clean, and in good shape. The host charged us more for having kids with us, which are listed as being free on the listing, because we didn't let them know in advance. The power was out for a full day. The neighboring condo was a loud construction zone. The beach out front of the condo is rocky, with a short walk to the sandy beach at Saphire. Overall, this is an ok place to stay, but we definitely had a less than superb experience given everthying above.

Amazing place to stay!!!! Wonderful bed and amenities!!! We would love to come back! We did however lose power for about 5 hours as there is no backup generator.

Short family get away

Perfect for 3 sisters

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Three Palms. It was the perfect location, perfect size. It was quiet, calm and just what we needed. The outside porch and patio were wonderful. We had all the things we needed to feel at home and Susan was wonderful to communicate with. We will stay there again for sure!

Fantastic property!

Had the best time staying at this wonderful condo! Location was super and the host has the unit fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful appliances, towels, seating, beach gear, etc. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer.

Quiet condo, wonderful view, wonderful hosts!

We stayed here for our wedding that was on Sapphire Beach, the condo was great! Susan was communicative and took great care of us. The location allows you to walk right on to the beach. The marina is just to the right of the condo, but it was a very quiet location. This one is located in building E, so it's a short walk to the restaurant/bar which we prederred because there are some nights they play live music and we didn't hear any of that from where we stayed. Sapphire is a windier beach, but the snorkeling is great! Close to Red Hook, there are excursions you can take right from Sapphire Marina, would def recommend New Horizons tours. Thank you Mark and Susan for a wonderful stay!

Good as it gets

Perhaps the best condo we have stayed in over the years. Exactly as described. Very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. With a marvelous view and right on the beach. Susan was an excellent host and provided a great deal of helpful information to make our stay enjoyable. The entire experience was a pleasure. Looking forward to a return visit!

Idyllic Vacation

The photos do not do this place justice! We had a fabulous (but too short) 3-night stay in this condo at the Sapphire Bay Resort & Marina. Being at beach level on the first floor was heavenly, and being in the last building (furthest away from the beach bar and restaurant) was quiet and peaceful although only a short walk on the sand away from the action. The pool was beautiful and the beach was gorgeous. It was fun to have so many options for food and drink in short walking distance. The condo was pristine and thoughtfully stocked with everything one might need for a beach vacation. Susan is a great host and super responsive. She provides extensive and helpful information.
