New luxury apartment/villas, East End.
Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal.

The guest will have over 1,500 square feet of space. Sleep 6, Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, close to Red Hook. Air condition, built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

Guest access.......
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the three 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day have a glass of wine and do some grilling.

Neighborhood overview.......
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Getting around......
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

Other things to note.......
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Ceiling Fans, TV, Showers, etc....

We had the best vacation! The villa was exactly as shown. It was quiet and peaceful. The host was informative and friendly. We were provided with taxi and shopping information, and much more. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything about this condo was perfect- it was so spacious and beautiful inside. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pans etc. The balcony is huge. We were provided with dishwasher pods, and I bought a small bottle of laundry detergent — the washer and dryer are right in the unit which was so convenient. Dexter was on site and we’d see him every day outside if we needed to ask any questions. You will need to drive everywhere, but it’s about 3 minutes away to Secret Harbour which ended up being the favorite beach for its calmness and ability to see fish/sea urchins.

House was exactly as described. Beautiful home with beautiful views in an easily travelable area. We liked being able to walk to one little bar/restaurant too. Was a little shocked ny the 7pm pool time, but Dexter said as long as we were quiet, it was ok. Would definitely stay again. We didnt realize we had to put dishes away after washing so hopefully that wasnt a big oops. Thanks for everything Dexter.

Great stay

One of the cleanest hotels/properties we have ever stayed. (Maybe even the cleanest!) Beautiful condo, perfect for two couples. Includes everything you need, including LOTS of towels, easy parking, a spotless pool, full kitchen and laundry. Dexter is often nearby and readily available should you need anything. The East End location worked well for us, had plenty of restaurants within a 5 min drive, easy access to ferry and marina, and of course lots of beaches within 10 minute drive. There was one tiny dive bar and cafe walkable down the hill too. Road to property was not a problem as prior reviews have mentioned. We had little desire to frequently visit downtown, so this location worked for us.The room is probably not the best choice for elderly, as pool access is a steep hill and requires a flight of steps to room. Not an issue for us and the patio views from the 3rd floor are stunning. Th3

The Best!

Dexter provides everything anyone would need for an excellent vacation! Beach chairs, snorkel masks, cooler, beach towels. Completely stocked, clean, and beautiful property with a heated pool. Dexter also runs a rental car company, which was very convenient and easy as well. 5/5 stars would absolutely come back!

Amazing house, had a wonderful stay. Would definitely book again. Location a little far from everything and Redhook was a name none of the taxis recognized so you definitely have to say compass point instead of RedHook

Beautiful with A/C that couldn’t cool the living area

Property was beautiful! Road getting to the property was awful! Upon arrival the A/C was on in the living area - not in the bed rooms. The living/dining/kitchen area was extremely hot. Not sure one a/c unit could properly cool that size area. The property manager needs to properly go in the day before to turn on the units to cool the place. The A/C’s in the bedrooms worked adequately after being on for about 6-8 hours. Other than the heat of the place, it was perfect. Property manage was delayed in responses about A/C. After about the third email, he stopped responding. Place was safe and quiet! Close to red Hook area and the ferry. Probably would not stay here again. The main area of the unit was extremely hot and we live in Texas!

Wonderful Experience

We stayed in this property during our family reunion July 26th- August 2nd 2023 and it was wonderful! It looks just like the pictures in person. We loved it. Very clean and it had everything you’d need while on vacation. I was very impressed. Dexter the property owner was readily available to help with anything that we needed. I will say the road leading to the property needs a little work but over all great place to stay. We would do it again!

Perfect place for 2 couples.

The 2 suites made it perfect for 2 couples. Very spacious common space and lanai. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location was great on the east side. Property manager was very easy to work with.

Spacious!

My spouse and I stayed at this estate for eight days. We stayed in Unit 2 which is an upper unit. When you open the door, you are greeted with massive ceilings (wood) and a very open layout. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are large and feel separate. The outside deck was large and faced west to capture the sunsets. And the two bedrooms each had a closet, dresser, night stands, and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen had granite countertops and plenty of plates, cups, and utensils. The spice cabinet was nominally supplied (no pepper) but the store was just down the highway which made it very convenient. In the bedroom/bathroom, towels were big and plentiful. There were lots of towels for the beach and for drying off after a shower. The estate did have a washer and dryer and we used it a couple of times during our stay. The only dislike we had wasn't the property itself, but rather, the road to the property. There were lots of potholes, ruts, and other tire busters that you had to be careful about. We were on many roads and side roads during our stay and this was one that could use some TLC. Overall, we would stay here again. Dexter did a very nice job of tending to our needs and kudos to him for all of his work.

Amazing!

First off Dexter was very accommodating! He let us check in super early with no issue. Property is the definition of luxury. Updated appliances, full kitchen, washer and dryer and both rooms have private bathrooms. High ceilings and views were amazing. We were literally a 5 min taxi to redhook and 15 mins or less from several of the beaches we visited while here which we loved because we wanted to be where everything was. It was so beautiful I canceled my airport close hotel for our last night because I didn’t want to stay anywhere else. This place has everything you need! Chairs, sunscreen and snorkel gear was all located in the laundry room. I felt safe my entire visit. I will definitely be letting other travelers know in the St Thomas travel groups I am apart of about this place!

An amazing place to stay on St Thomas

We enjoyed out stay at Dexter place. It's in perfect location, very clean and well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Dexter is an amazing host, always available and very communicative. We rented a car also through him, very convenient and affordable. Thamonyou for your hospitality! Highly recomending Dexter for Everyone.

Best value and super location

This was the greatest find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. Everything was clean and bright. The house was completely supplied with everything we needed. Our host Dexter was so helpful. We will definitely be back!
