Leap of Faith is a beautifully renovated two bedroom two bath with ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! It has a very modern, industrial, bohemian look. This condo on the water offers amazing views, stunning sunsets and a short walk to the beach! It is the perfect place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of our lives! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade, and many chairs for lounging. There is also an expansive inviting pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and relax the day away! This resort is located right next door to the luxurious Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences.

Cowpet East condos have two levels, this condo is on the first level.

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro which is NOW OPEN for breakfast & lunch daily (except Sundays) 7 am - 6 pm, then pizzas only 6 pm - 8 pm. The new pool/beach bar is open 11 am - 5 pm to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to the leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry/barge to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

Island Dream Vacations can assist in planning other aspects of your vacations, from recommending car rentals, to coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage therapist, dinner reservations, and housekeeping services.

PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate listed is based on 4 guests, additional guests are $35/night per guest ($50/night during holidays), maximum of 6 guests (4 adults max). Last minute and extended stay discounts offered except on Holiday weeks.

CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far.

The condo is just as described in a very convenient and easy to drive to location on the island. The 2 restaurants on site are very good. The beach and pool were very nice. The beds were very comfortable as well. Amy was a wonderful host and provided an excellent concierge book with great recommendations. She was quick to respond to all my questions . As a first time visitor to St. Thomas, I had many! We very much enjoyed the condo and its proximity to Red Hook and the beaches we wanted to visit. We had a really wonderful trip to USVI!

Couples wk vacation

Our trip to St. Thomas was a first for all of us, and it exceeded every expectation we had. The island truly is everything and more than you’ve heard—absolutely breathtaking. The condo we stayed in played a vital role in making our experience memorable; it was equipped with everything we could possibly need, enhancing our vacation significantly. After long days of exploring the island and nearby St. John, it was a joy to return to our cozy retreat—it felt like home. The entire complex was perfectly situated, with two fantastic restaurants on-site. The views from the property were simply stunning. We highly recommend this destination and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful ocean stay

The condo provided everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were beach towels and snorkeling supplies. The condo was very clean. Ocean view from the living room and back porch was amazing. Communication was great and check in was very easy.

Great Stay With Young Kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and thoughtfully appointed property. My wife and I were vacationing with our children, a two year old and a five year old, and we appreciated that there was a high-chair and pack'n play there for the two year old. We also liked that the property, while tastefully decorated, was not decorated in a way that made having young kids there difficult for us as parents. Cowpet bay itself is also great for young kids because the water is so tranquil.

5 Stars All Around

The property was beautiful renovated recently with all new appliances, bedding and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Amy and her team were amazing with the communication and details for our trip prior to arriving. The view from our balcony overlooks the bay and the area was safe and clean. Located next to the Ritz Carlton and easily accessible to the ferry, excursion points and within walking distance to a beach on Cowpet Bay. I would 100% rent this next trip. Thank you for an amazing experience for our family that we will forever remember.

Incredible!

This property was amazing! Everything was clean, updated, and better than expected! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to eat at home every night. There were beach towels, beach toys, snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas- everything we needed for one of the best vacations we have ever had! We would absolutely stay here again! It was the perfect location- easy access to Red Hook, shopping, and all the beautiful beaches, but it was quiet and tucked away! Amy and Staisha were so responsive for the few questions we had throughout our stay! Thank you for an incredible experience!

Beautiful!

Our week at Leap of Faith Cowpet Bay East was fantastic. Amy was in touch with us shortly after booking with tons of useful information to help us plan our trip and she was very responsive when I had questions. The condo is incredible. You can tell that it was recently remodeled and is very well maintained. It is in a great location and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the grocery store in Red Hook is nice once you figure out where to park. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice also. The unit provided beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and some beach toys which were all in great condition and were useful when we day tripped to some of the local beaches. The beach at Cowpet is nice, not crowded and quiet and relaxing. It was great to have some food options within walking distance. We loved our stay here and are already talking about coming back next year.

This place is a gem!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was as pictured, clean, had nice decor, comfortable beds, and had everything you would need to enjoy the beach (chairs, cooler, sand toys, umbrellas etc.). The condo is situated just a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants and pool area, giving it a resort vibe but with the privacy, space and amenities of your own condo. This was our 3rd trip to St.Thomas and I can say finding all of this at one property is hard to come by. The location is excellent- It's close to Red Hook for shopping and restaurants and not more than a 10-20 minute drive to all of our favorite beaches (Coki, Magens, Lindquist, Sapphire). The ferry is a short 5 minute drive for trips to St.John. The property managers were responsive and helpful when we needed them. We plan to stay here again in the future.

So Much to Love

My family and I stayed at this condo for a few days and had a blast. The unit was clean with newer, modern decor. Beds we’re comfortable and we found everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen. We loved the location - view of the bay and just a short walk to the pool, beach and restaurants. The amenities were plentiful too. When we had to go in search of a sargassum-free beach, we were able to use the beach chairs, ice chest, and snorkel equipment in the closet. The seaweed cleared out the day before we were leaving, so we didn’t get to swim much in the waters at Cowpet Bay, but even with the abundance of seaweed, it was still pleasant to lounge in a beach chair with a rum-spiked cocktail. We made some new friends- Moy, Jason and Michael all treated us like we were family. We rented a car (driving on the left was much easier than we thought!) and appreciated the dedicated parking spot. The taxis are super expensive, so renting a car can save a good chunk of change if you plan on exploring. Groceries are also super pricey, but there were some condiments, spices, oil, etc available to use at the condo. We’d stay again and have already told many friends to book their stay there too!

Amazing condo and property for a family!!

Nothing but great things to say about this condo and property! We have a 5 and 6 year old and the condo was just perfect for our family. It had every single amenity that we needed! Amy was extremely responsive, especially when we arrived at night and had some difficulties navigating the complex. The condo was spotless!! Beds were extremely comfortable too. Everyone on site is so friendly and we felt very safe. We didn’t even need to leave because you have the beach, pool, and two restaurants to take full advantage of. The decor of the condo is impeccable, I wish I could have swiped up to buy everything! Wish we could have got to St John’s but our daughter got sick so we enjoyed the condo a lot (Highly recommend the Pediatric center Partner's for Kids if your kids need care while you’re there.) thanks again for the great stay!
