Relief efforts

We as a family and part of a volunteer group to help restore a Kingdom Hall on the island, felt it was a good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the town , but close to the beaches and good places to eat. Enjoyed our stay.

First time in St. Thomas

We found this property to be excellent for our family with the three bedrooms and three baths. Six of us adults were comfortable. Very good location to beaches, Redhook town, all other . Very nice condo in a great kind of complex. Would come back anytime

Stay had 7 in our group and was comfortable at this location

Overall satisfied stay... the decor was nice, but as seen in previous reviews some upgrades are needed.. low water pressure which may be out of the host hands. The shower on the 1st floor (2nd bedroom not attached bathroom) has one of the sliding glass door missing, so the floor does get wet when one takes a shower.. I'd say at least half of the dinner plates are chipped, which still wasn't a big deal to us n did not take away from the actual stay, but just letting it be known for the next guest.... What you see in the photos shows an accurate account of the unit, kitchen is beautiful BTW, so our cooking experience was wonderful, just a little cold when cooking because the vent that blows towards the stove doesn't close. Side note host in the beginning didn't do a good job at communicating.. we was told info on check in would be given 7 days before our arrival so naturally by day 3 after trying to contact the host and getting no reply we got worried. We finally got a reply the day before our arrival date... I think better communication would have gone a long way.... even with that this is a location I would rent again

Nice stay

Overall this is a nice place to stay. The property does need to be updated. Also, all the rooms had televisions in them, however only the living room and the upstairs bedroom had television service which was a major problem. The pool was nice and the grounds were nice. The beach area was very small and rocky.

Great location!

The property manager Lisa was extremely helpful! She helped us with suggestions for attractions and every question we had on the property. The condo was nice and clean for the most part however it is due for an update. The unit is well stocked with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The towels and appliances (dryer, microwave, toaster over) need to be replaced. The couch in the living room needs to be trashed because it is leather but it has stains and discoloration. The green room is tiny and the bathroom is REALLY tiny with a strange smell (not stinky but strange). The patio furniture is old and one of the chairs was broken but the other pieces were fine and it has an amazing view! The grounds of the villa are also impeccable! The pool area is nice and you are about 10 minutes from grocery shopping and Red Hook (everything is there and the nightlife is AMAZING)! I would stay here again. My husband and I were already talking about planning a trip back for adults only.

Great house in a beautiful location

This condo was a perfect place to stay. The interior is up-to-date with a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The deck was a nice area to relax with a drink. You are a two minute walk to a private beach and pool. Due to the hurricanes, there is currently one restaurant within walking distance of the condo (Caribbean Fish Market - really good food but pricey and only open for dinner). This should not detract from the place as you are close to everything on the east end of the island with plenty of restaurants and attractions (e.g., Red Hook, the ferry to St John, Coki Beach). I'd recommend a rental car to save money as the taxi costs (per person charge) add up. PS. Our return flight was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. Since nobody rented the condo on the day we were supposed to leave, Lisa offered the place for free. This was extremely generous and hospitable as there were very limited accommodations on the island. This only added to the great experience with this rental property.

They made it easy

Our Co-Paw-cabana stay was great. The kitchen was a fully functional one that made our holiday great. We cooked full meals and baked cookies and made pina coladas. The cool stair case with the spacious bedroom upstairs was nice as well. Lisa, the property manager, was awesome as well, solving all our problems and also answering all our questions instantly. It was like we had the concierge service of a hotel.
