This is a property with absolutely UNPARALLELED panoramic harbor and island views--read our reviews that agree with us. This recently renovated, simply and tastefully furnished villa located on a breezy gated acre of land overlooking Charlotte Amalie Harbor will amaze you! It features a spectacular, panoramic view, large, comfortable living spaces that include three air conditioned bedrooms, three full baths, a full designer kitchen, propane grill, an intimate plunge pool, off street parking and a host of other amenities. Internet is available (not guaranteed). **Note that due to island conditions, there may be intermittent power outages.** The road to the property is STEEP--if renting a vehicle, a 4-wheel drive is VERY STRONGLY recommended. A rental car is especially recommended since we are NOT a walking community, as is true in much of St. Thomas. Here you can take in the view up over the city while relaxing and watching the cruise ships come in to both cruise ports, and seeing the sea planes take off and land!

Great place to stay , best host ever, million dollar view , but, driving up the mountain at night is not for the faint of heart, over all great place to stay, I will be back again next year, house was with in 20 minute to everywhere. Take the ferry over to St Johns you will love it, visit Honeymoon beach. Go to red hook to get your food and drinks for the house. best super market on the island. once again, the Host was super helpful.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The hill is steep however it was worth it. My family enjoyed staying in this villa and I would definitely recommend it. The beds were comfortable & the property manager Dionne was always available via phone to help.

The host was great! She was helpful and welcoming.The accommodations were amazing! Just as decribed - beautiful, clean, well stocked. I almost want to leave a bad review just to keep this place to myself, BUT I can't! This place deserves all the praise it gets for being a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful stay! The views are mesmerizing. 4x4 is a must. Very clean, very spacious. Go to the various beaches. AC is in the bedrooms. The deck view causes you to melt into the chair and will keep you wonderfully hostage for hours.

Unbelievable Location, Views and Host

The property and location were even better than the posting/pictures suggested. My wife and 2 college age kids had plenty of space and could not stop raving about every new discovery. We made the mistake of stopping by the grocery store before checking the house to find many of our basic needs, including condiments, were fully stocked at the house. The location was convenient for Magens Bay and taking the ferry to St. Johns. Our host was extremely responsive to all inquiries via text or a phone call. The driveway was very steep, but did not require us to utilize the four-wheel drive on the jeep we rented. After touring most of St. Thomas it's hard to imagine a better location. Watching the cruises ships come in, seaplanes take-off and the view of Charlotte Amalie was an experience we will never forget. One of the best vacations ever!

Beautiful view

Great property! Perfect for 2 couples (one with child). Layout was great and the view was fabulous! Exterior spaces could use some freshening up…but the inside was clean and well stocked. Interesting drive to get up the hill to the property…definitely need 4WD. I absolutely would stay here again.

Amazing views

Great house with the best views of Charlotte Amelie. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need. Pool is small but you’ll want to spend time on the porch. Other than maybe more seating out there, it was perfect. Dion was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Absolutely need 4 wheel drive! Our rental car was supposed to be and wasn’t so we couldn’t make it up the driveway and had to switch it out. Would stay again:)

Absolute Paradise

This property was truly breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay! Dionne is an exceptional host who was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this property—it’s a perfect 10/10!

Great property. Property manager was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and again. Only thing that i wishit had...is a generator. I didnt know it before, but electricity isn't the most reliable commodity on the island.

Breath taking view of the island

Every morning we were welcomed with a serene view of the beautiful island. Our accommodations were amazing within the main villa meeting all our expectations. Please pay close attention to the listing regarding reaching and departing the villa. The island is mountainous and an off road vehicle highly recommended. Overall a 5 star rating.

Paradise!

We had a very fun, comfortable, and relaxing visit! The house was very clean and very well appointed - the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had to work while there and looking over the aqua blue waters in the bay while taking meetings was so enjoyable! Others have remarked on the steep driveway, and it is very steep, but the entire island is mountainous with very steep roads, so it is just a function of being in St. Thomas. The host was very friendly, communicative and responsive when we had a couple of questions. I would highly recommend staying here... except during the times we want to go back :).

An awesome week

This property was fantastic. Clean, ample space for our group of 5, with everything we needed: beach towels, big bags for carrying and groceries, cooler, small kitchen items, like salt, sugar, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, etc. There are ceiling fans in every room and ac in two bedrooms. Best of all- the view from all the outside decks and rooms in the house. A 4x4 vehicle is suggested in description and it’s a good idea because of very steep driveway. The property manager was very accessible for questions. We were here in season, end of February, so very comfortable weather. Only suggestion would be to add a table and chairs on the deck for eating outside. Definitely recommend this property!

Million Dollar view

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and large enough for everyone to have their own space. We stayed for 2 weeks and cooked often. The kitchen was well stocked. The drive is a bit tricky so make sure you rent a vehicle with some power to get up the steep hill, but the view is worth it. Would stay again if ever back in St Thomas.

Beautiful Views

This property, built into the hills of Charlotte Amalie, is clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The property manager, Dionne, was very helpful and talked us through any and all directions/ information, we needed and was always responsive to our queries. Be sure to rent an SUV while in St. Thomas. The inclines that you will have to drive over are treacherous!!

Pristene Property with Amazing Views

Amazing 9-night stay! We were greeted upon check-in by Dionne, who was gracious and willing in every way to help make our stay amazing. But, we didn't need to contact her because we did not want for anything in this amazing and spotless home. The beds were super comfortable and the breezes on top of the hill were sublime. The kitchen was well appointed and we even had our friends over for dinner one night and used the outdoor grill. Also spent some time just floating in the pool looking up at the palms and blue sky. The photos don't do the house justice and it is even larger than described/seen in photos. Sleek, tile floors with just the right amount of comfortable furniture both indoors and outdoors. We brought our ROKU although there was an AppleTV there as well plus the TV is a newer Samsung SMART TV with the links for Netflix, etc.. I will say this - the property description suggests booking an SUV when you rent a car and this was no joke. The driveway is for real very steep but so worth it when you get to the house. We highly recommend this place!
