Newly remodeled beach front condo nestled between the St. Thomas Yacht Club and The Ritz Carlton. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom for privacy. Upscale amenities including Tuft and Needle beds, 500 thread count sheets, granite countertops, new washer/dryer and new kitchen appliances. Family oriented beach and pool are steps away from the front door. Generator for continuous power. Minutes from downtown Red Hook where you will find the islands best restaurants and night life, American Yacht Harbor, and the Red Hook Ferry so you can explore the other U.SV.I's and B.V.I's.

What a great place to stay! Literally steps to the beach (we never had trouble finding chairs under the palapas), fantastic snorkeling literally under your window and great food/bar onsite - all with gorgeous bay views.The condo was also superb - clean, tasteful, roomy. The beds were heavenly. Stacy was so kind and has the home outfitted with just about everything you need. Very spacious. The surrounding grounds are absolutely lovely. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We had a great stay here. This property is beautiful with modern finishes, roomy bedrooms, and comfy beds. Great bay views within walking distance to Cowpet bay beach. Note - there’s a decent amount of stairs to access the beach and on property restaurants. This was not an issue for my family, but something to consider. We had a small delay at check-in but Staci was very apologetic and accommodating. She also checked in with us throughout our stay. Overall, I would consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

The host was amazing. She greeted us when we arrived. Showed us everything about the condo and was avilable by txt for any question. The views were awesome from the condo. We went to a couple of other beaches newr Red Hook. They were nice. However, we liked the Cowpet beach the best. It was not busy and water was perfect for snorkeling. Great family trip!

Amazing and restful felt like home

We enjoyed every thing about our stay so relaxing exactly what we needed. The small touches that stacy our host did to make us feel like we were valued and just was so responsive to our needs. The villa was just as pictured extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property would stay there again without a doubt.

Wonderful experience!

We had 3 moms and 3 daughters traveling together for the girls senior year spring break. This condo was perfect! Great location! Very clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. Having three king size beds with en-suite bathrooms worked really well for our group. Air conditioning worked really well. I’m very picky about accommodations and I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

3 couples in early 60's stayed 7 nights. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Separate AC in each bedroom, perfect. Super, well equipped. Everything you need. Two sets of towels for each of 3 bathrooms. Appliances all worked well. Staci was very quick to respond to questions. linenfloowacmessages.

Wonderful stay

This place was very comfortable and was perfect for our family. The beach and pool were so much fun. The check in process was easy and we appreciated the help throughout our stay filling the water jug/ recommendations for activities. The apartment is well equipped with beach toys/ snorkels/ chairs. The beds were comfortable, and the views are amazing. We would love to return again.

Great location!

Very clean well kept Condo well suited for visitors! Has all the amenities you need. Simple things like having laundry soap and spices to cook with were such a great surprise. Great location, beautiful views off the balcony. Definitely will be coming back.

The views were amazing here. The condo was roomy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very good and each bedroom and living room had its own thermostat so everyone could be comfortable in their own space. The area was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. The Bistro on the beach was literally steps from our door and the kids loved their food options for burgers, pizzas, fries, and chicken nuggets. A more for dining experience was right next door also on the beach that offered seafood or steak. This location was perfect for us and just a few miles from the popular beach locations like Magens, Sapphire, Coki etc. Grocery stores are near also. Stacie was very friendly and accommodating; our first day there she was very helpful in meeting us and going over some things at the condo, giving out her personal cellphone number and responding promptly to my questions about a good taxi service to use. I would highly recommend her and this property and would consider staying here again if we come back to the V.I. In the future. Thank you Stacie for a great stay!

Home Away From Home

The condo is extremely neat and clean with all amenities needed to feel like it is your own home on St Thomas. Three very spacious bedrooms all with their own king beds and full bathrooms. Perfect family vacation spot with an amazing view of Cowpet Bay.

Relaxing

Great view!! Plenty of space and everything you need. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit. Having beach chairs and beach towels was very convenient. Great communication from Staci with lots of suggestions for activities, restaurants, rental cars and things to bring. Would definitely rent from again.

Great Vacation

We had a great time staying at chasing mermaids. Not sure you could find a better location that has such good access to beach, water, ferries, snorkeling, pool, restaurants, and most anything you’d want to do in St Thomas. Staci is a great host, the unit has a great view of the bay which made for relaxing mornings drinking coffee on the deck. Definitely would recommend to anybody traveling to St Thomas.

Excellent Condo in St. Themes!

This is a wonderful 3-king bed/3-bath condo in a perfect setting. We had 3 couples on a 9-day vacation, and this property couldn’t have been more perfect. The beds are very comfortable, and the condo is clean and in a great location near Redhook. Staci is a lovely host, and super attentive. We would love to return, and highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

I am so glad that I chose this host and this condo for my family. The host was fabulous and the condo was perfect. The condo, with its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, made it perfect for our family. We enjoyed the view--both daytime and nighttime (especially the orange/pink-colored sunsets!). I would definitely stay here again to absorb the beauty of the Caribbean.
