This property is an individually operated villa! This property is managed by us, the owners which means we only have one property to focus on – yours! We love our home-away-from-home and are happy to let you borrow it for a little while!
The resort has 24-hour on-site security and is home to the new Lion Fish Grill restaurant (opening late December 2025) and the Sun & Sea Bar and Grille - the perfect little restaurant right on the water! All guests on the resort have access to our complimentary on-site shuttle (9am to 6pm), quaint Sugar Beach and three pools as well as free parking and new Fiber WiFi.

***Please know that the AI description added to our listing on VRBO/Expedia indicates we have a "water park". We do not have a water park but are within a 10 minute walk to Coral World which has a dolphin and sea lion discovery, snuba adventure and an underwater viewing platform/pod. There is a also a children's play area in Lindbergh Bay where children can play on bouncy items out in the water but we do not have a traditional "water park" on island.

As our guest, and you’ll also have exclusive use of our beach towels, cooler and beach chairs during your stay. As owners, we know our island and are happy to act as your personal concierge should you have questions on transportation, activities and local restaurants. When you book directly with us you can rest assured that this is the property you’ll get upon arrival, but should anything unforeseen happen we have both an on-island representative as well as access to a network of private owners and can move you to another property as quickly as possible. We are dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful stay and would be honored to have you as our guest!

Upon entering, you are immediately drawn to the spectacular turquoise ocean vistas beyond. All yours to explore while you spend your vacation in Paradise. Warm, tropical breezes caress your skin. Relax in this private location. Once inside you will see the remodeled kitchen, including all new cabinets, granite counter, cook top, microwave and more. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a Washer Dryer for Guests' use, a rarity at this resort.

This unit is in building 1, which is a stand alone building, offering sweeping views and the utmost of privacy. Please see the resort map in the photos to see the location.

This property is an independently operated villa located within the Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association and is NOT part of the in-house rental management company. The biggest and best difference between renting directly with us and a unit only available through the Resort Hotel Program is that we’re able to focus on just one rental at a time – YOURS! Please keep in mind that all units on the resort are independently owned so no two are alike. With our location, layout, renovation, and furnishings we are uniquely suited to offer you premier views and the utmost of privacy.

Sun & Sea Bar & Grill, the only true, water under the deck bar and grill on St. Thomas is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day (except Sunday breakfast).

The New Lionfish Grill restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and for Sunday Brunch (opening mid/late December).

This ideal corner location, allows you to open all the sliding glass doors on both sides of the wrap around balcony to take in the amazing ocean views and allow the tropical breezes all night long. Everything has been provided in this one bedroom, superior suite condo for maximum comfort and to make you feel welcome. Master bedroom has curtains to separate from Living room area. There is a king size bed with pillow top mattress, along with a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom with two doors, insures privacy. Outdoor living is the preferred choice of most guests.

Point Pleasant Villas are situated hillside for maximum views. There are 3 different pools to choose from shoreline, terrace and hilltop. Great snorkeling is along the shoreline here off of our little Sugar Beach hidden down a trail.

Local manager is happy to answer any questions or suggest fun things not be be missed! Plan to spend at least one day on our sister island of St. John, only a short ferry ride away.

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours. GENERATORS COMING IN JAN 2026.

Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. All reservations after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, local closures and restrictions on top of the usual weather or other conditions that may arise.

More than ever, we strongly encourage each Guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi/cable outages.

While I can’t comment on the unit, as our vacation was last minute canceled due to winter storms in our area, I can comment on the host and management group. They were excellent at prompt responses and answered all my questions. They were very welcoming, and very helpful and supportive when we had to cancel our dream trip. I would definitely rebook this property based solely on my experience with the owners/managers.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I plus our six year old son. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The condo was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The views are AMAZING. It is quiet at night and I felt very safe and secure. We enjoyed the pools and especially loved the Sun and Sea restaurant— good food/drinks, fun atmosphere, great views, and feeding the big tarpon is so fun! We had excellent communication and instructions from the hosts. I definitely recommend checking out all the local beaches, as well as taking the ferry over to St. John for a day. We have zero complaints and hope to be back someday!!

Beautiful Views from private wrap around deck

We stayed at this condo for just over two weeks. The condo has everything you need to unwind and relax. The kitchen is small but the views from it are spectacular. We cooked breakfast here every morning and ate on the outside deck awaiting our rooster Jack and his many concubines. Island life is what we came to enjoy so slowing down and approaching each day without scripted plans was amazing. You find yourself in the calm and enjoy being unplugged from all the electronic devices. Tips we think will be helpful:Definitely rent a jeep!!! Rent from Cathelina at My Car Rental VI 1-340-201-4647. We had rented from Hertz and fully paid in advance for our jeep in January of 2025. We arrived on 5/2/25 at St. Thomas airport and were told they had no vehicles available. I immediately contacted Xaverie and was provided Cathelina number. I contacted her and she got us a jeep by noon on the following day. Shop for food, drinks and supplies at Cost U Less. Take the car ferry with your jeep over to St. John and explore the island for the day. There’s lots of beautiful beaches and hiking trails. Go to Red Hook area in St. Thomas for lunch or dinner at Hook’d. The fried fish is delicious. Romantic dinner is a must at Sunset Grill. The filet and shrimp were amazing. The views and atmosphere are incredible. The Mountain Top is a great day trip for souvenirs and views. Definitely get the delicious rum banana drink. Go shopping in town and eat at French Quarter Bistro.

World class view

World class panoramic view. Excellent location close to amenities, beaches, and activities. Property has beautiful pools. Condo contact (Xaverie) had great suggestions for groceries, activities, and restaurants.

Great initiate a great resort

This is a great resort to stay at. Located in the quiet side of the island. Near wonderful beaches. A casual and a very nice restaurant on the premises (great food at both). And a beautiful unit with a priceless view of Smith Bay to top it off.

Stunning Views with exercise included!

This is an absolutely stunning property with the most amazing views. It was very comfortable and suitably appointed. We truly had everything that we needed for our stay. The view comes with a price however. Since you are higher up on the hill, there are many steps to come back up from the restaurants and bars in the area. Just be prepared for it. We will certainly visit again!

The View! Just breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up every morning and watch the ocean from the bed. Drinking coffee on the terrace or reading book at evening was my favorite. The owner provided everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

We loved our location and rental. The view was great. We loved the outdoor balcony, which was on a corner and very private. We had the power go off one night at 2-6am., but otherwise no issues at all! Located close to Red Hook, Sapphire Beach. The view was very pretty. The onsite restaurant was very good but I. I’d definitely stay there again.

This was such a beautiful Hilltop Hideaway. The views were truly amazing!! Loved watching the sunrise in the morning. They have everything you needed and more for your stay. The communication was fantastic. Lots of good tips. What beaches and restaurants to go to. We ended with going to Mountain Top which was perfect. Hilltop Hideaway is a gem!

Our stay at the Hilltop Hideaway was wonderful. From check-in ease to cleanliness and great communication made our stay unforgettable! They were quick to let us know of unavoidable electrical outages due to storms and the best places to go during outage. The condo itself was located in a beautiful area, with great views and seclusion from other resorts. We highly recommend this unit!!

Very nice property

Very nice, refurbished upper level unit with very good views at Point Pleasant Resort. Point Pleasant is a well maintained and managed property in a great location in St Thomas. Because it's built into the side of a cliff more or less there is lots of elevation change but there are shuttles offered. Our unit had ample parking right outside with only one flight of stairs. Communication with the owner and manager was excellent. We were here for three days to see some sights after spending a week in St Johns so we didn't do the pools or on-site restaurant but drinks one night at the Sun and Sea Bar was quite nice. Plenty of restaurants and shopping off-site within a short drive. Overall, very nice experience for our 45th wedding anniversary, would definitely visit again, Thanks Paul and Xaverie!!
