Villa Seascape is a sleek, contemporary, architecturally designed, Caribbean Home. Extensive, Frank Lloyd Wright design elements were incorporated throughout our home. Villa Seascape was tastefully constructed by the island’s top builder. Seascape’s premier, northerly hillside location is situated 200 feet above sea level to best capture the cool, Caribbean tradewinds and enhance the panoramic views. Seascape will mesmerize you from sunrise to sunset. Have your morning coffee with daybreak over the easterly facing British Virgin Islands. Panoramic, unspoiled Hans Lollick island lies two miles directly offshore. During February & March, the migrating humpback whales splash in these warm waters, adding a surreal touch to nature’s breathtaking backdrop. Spectacular evening sunsets over the westerly facing, Peterborg peninsula can be savored with a glass of fine wine. Nighttime brings even more romance with moonlight on the water, star gazing and the twinkling houselights of St. Thomas and Jost Van Dyke.

The villa is located in the private, gated, security patrolled Mahogany Run Community. You will be greeted at the main entrance by security staff and pass the namesake mahogany trees on your the way to your oceanview destination. Seascape is a luxurious, 3 bedroom home which has been beautifully contoured with the surrounding landscape. This villa was completed in 2007 and was carefully designed for easy access without a single stair encountered from the exterior and throughout the main level. The house simply flows from the covered carport, through the privacy gate and flowering gardens to an expansive covered breezeway for outdoor, al fresco dining, with an adjacent infinity pool, spa, lounge area and into the main level. You will have plenty of room to spread out - with 3200 square feet of interior space and an additional 1200 square feet of outdoor living space. The lighted, salt water, Infinity pool is 10 feet wide by 25 feet long. Seascape is perfect for couples traveling together, or a family seeking quality time in a private, tranquil setting without the frenetic activity often experienced on resort properties.

Whether you are someone with a passion for cooking or prefer to have a professional chef whip up a memorable meal in one the many acclaimed restaurants on St. Thomas, Seascape’s kitchen will not disappoint you. A central granite cooking island and adjacent seating area create a beautiful setting for both cooking and conversation. A gas range, gas oven, microwave/convection oven and all the necessary cooking utensils provide you plenty of cooking options. If you prefer to cook outdoors, a propane grill is conveniently located just outside in the breezeway adjacent to the kitchen and the dining area. Of course, there is a dishwasher to make clean up a snap.

The villa provides a large, comfortable living room area. Sink into the leather seating with sofa, two recliners and HDTV. The main level continues to an office and library area. On occasion the demands of “the office” crop up while on vacation and you may need to handle a little business. Rest assured you will have a spacious work area with secure wireless internet access and a view to make your co-workers jealous. For your convenience a printer/scanner/copier is available to quickly tie up loose ends and get back to the matter at hand; enjoying your vacation. Beyond the office, lies the master suite with king size bed, satellite television, split unit air conditioner, ceiling fan, custom walk-through closet, ensuite bathroom with an open shower and a dual sink vanity.

The entire main level is tastefully elegant with raised cypress wood ceilings, custom high luster, zebrawood cabinetry, granite surfaces, and ceramic tile floors throughout. While beautiful on the inside, the outside “Seascape” beckons. A huge, oceanfront, full-length balcony with both covered and open seating areas adorns the front of the home. The villa’s bright main level is lined with a series of pocket doors to enjoy the stunning views from the inside and seamlessly flow out onto the front balcony, pool, and breezeway.

The villa carries the interior design to the upper and lower levels. The upper level has two large, ocean view bedrooms. Each beautifully appointed bedroom has a comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, individually controlled AC unit and unforgettable ocean views. The lower level has a home theater entertainment area with a large flat screen TV, surround sound audio system, DVD, CD player and two rows of comfortable leather seating in full air conditioned comfort for evening family get-togethers. Bring your favorite DVD’s or use ours. The exercise area is complete with elliptical and universal weight equipment for adult use. A convertible queen size sofa with a comfortable gel mattress is also located on the lower level. A half bath and a closet adjacent to the sofa seating area allow this area to easily be used for an additional two guests if needed. A complete laundry room is also available for use.

One of the World’s Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches, the mile long Magens Bay is just a short two mile drive away. Magens Bay is a pristine, environmentally protected 68 acre park with nature trails, arboretum, coconut groves. Equally spectacular are Lindquist Beach and Sapphire Beach where there’s always a pleasant breeze and reefs for snorkeling with St. John, and the British Virgin Islands as a panoramic backdrop. General Notes:
End of stay cleaning service is included in the rate with the understanding that the villa will be left in a condition similar to that when you arrived. Mid-week cleaning service is available for a fee. Power outages are not uncommon on St. Thomas, however with an automatic 49 KW whole house generator you will have no worries. House cistern water quality is excellent. The water is double-filtered, through a canister filter & a charcoal filter before being passed through a UV sterilizer. For the environmentally conscious, the villa uses renewable power being equipped with a rooftop solar panel system. The bathrooms are each fully stocked with a hairdryer, towels & toiletries.

Personal chef service and catering are available at an extra fee. Whether you need a private chef to prepare exquisite meals or want amazing catering for a special event or day to day on your vacation, we work with our partners to offer these services with an additional cost.
