The main house has five bedrooms and five and a half baths, while the private apartment suite below adds one bedroom and bathroom—ideal for groups wanting a little extra separation.

    The renovated main kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island. Enjoy open living space with a comfortable sofa and large flat-screen TV, plus a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, and split-type ductless AC.

    Highlights include:
    • Infinity pool, open year-round and 24 hours, with sweeping sunset views
    • Covered patio with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area
    • BBQ grill and barbecue utensils for easy outdoor meals
    • Private patio or balcony, including a bedroom balcony

Great escape!

This property was perfect for two families traveling for a much needed vacation! Perfect location for dining in Red Hook with so many beautiful beaches nearby. You cannot beat the view from the deck! Plenty of space and everything we needed for a great week.

We had 12 of us (6 couples) stay in this villa. It is a great view which we all enjoyed. Close to Red Hook which was nice. Villa was as advertised. We would stay their again.

Winter Getaway for siblings

Villa Alta Marera was a great house for a group Of seven people. Enjoyed the veranda , the views the sunsets & meals. Location near ferries & Red Hook was helpful. Prestige Property Management was easy to work with.

We had a great time at Alta Marea. It was a beautiful, large home that met all of our needs. There were 7 adults. The home is comfortable with spectacular views! Justin was great answering any travel questions.

Pictures Don’t Do This Place Justice!

This house is beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous! It’s located in a cul-de-sac so you will have total peace and quiet for you and your family or friends. The property manager was extremely nice and professional and everything is nearby (great places to eat and shops). Go ahead and stay for a while you won’t regret it…

Spectacular views

The house is exactly as pictured. Bathrooms are nicely done and the deck is spacious and overlooking the harbor. The only issue was the sliding door to the deck is very difficult to open and close. Otherwise a wonderful house to rent

Wow!

This property was immaculately cleaned, spacious, and oh so beautiful. It came well stocked with spices and things to cook with. My family couldn’t get enough of the view and the pool. Justin, the owner is attentive and easy to communicate with. We left this home truly well rested.
