We are located on the Northeast side of St. Thomas overlooking Hans Lollick. 5 minute drive to World Famous Megans Bay where relaxing, snorkeling, paddle boarding or kayaking is available.

    Centrally located on island, short 10 minute drive to the Ferry to St. John, Tortola and Red Hook. A 10 minute drive to Charlotte Amalie the other way!

    Duty Free Shopping can be found in Havensight where the cruise ships dock or downtown Charlotte Amalie. Plenty of jewelry stores to keep Mom thrilled and small eateries and bars to keep the rest of the family happy!

    Visit Historic Fort Christian, 99 Steps (count them - hint there`s 106) leading up to Blackbeard`s Castle! Visit the Pirate Museum and take the Paradise Point Skyride for stunning views of Charlotte Amalie.

    Guests have use of the entire space.

    We have an on-island manager to help out with any issues.

Amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and Xaverie was very helpful in answering our queries. The views are amazing and are available in most of the rooms.

Amazing views

Had a great stay with my finance and two sons. The property was amazing and the view surreal. I had great communication with the property manager and they were extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend staying. Just know, you 100% need a rental car to stay at this location… left side!

AMAZING!!

From beginning to the end- Aleece and Xaverie were amazing, responsive and accomodating! The pictures doesn’t do the justice for this home. House is super clean, and very well equipped. They had welcome drinks and snacks for us which we all appreciated since we arrive late afternoon. It’s minutes away to Magens Bay Beach! We loved the view- you basically have a view of the ocean from almost every room of the house. If you are looking to be away from downtown and where all the main hotels are located this is the way to go, but definitely rent a car.

Fantastic place with AMAZING views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything is exactly as pictured and better than we expected. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well appointed. Everything you need was provided - linens, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and more. The layout was great as there was good separation between the bedrooms and living area. Having 3 decks was a big bonus! The host was always quick to respond and made great suggestions about things to do! Checking in & out was a breeze. We liked the location as once you came down the mountain it was a quick trip to many beaches and shopping. Highly recommend getting a rental car as it is the best way to get around and if you can try to arrive during the day it was easier to navigate our first time finding the place. Can't wait to come back!

Will be staying here again!

This condo was amazing! The views were incredible. Loved the floor plan and general living space. Everything was super clean and exactly as promised. It's away from the party scene(which is what we were going for) and was blissfully quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying here when we come back again!

The owners were responsive and informative. The condo had all the necessities and was clean and comfortable. Our kids 10 & 14 were comfortable and really enjoyed it. The views are the best the island and it’s close to all the best beaches and restaurants with only a short drive. Recommend your own car and be prepared to drive on tougher roads and up hills (LEFTSIDE). We would stay here again!
