This was a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Great location for both car and bicycle for getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely like to stay again when we return to St Simons Island!

Spring Break Getaway

It was very nice and clean and very affordable. The only thing that I think would need updating would be the sofa bed. There was no sheets or a comforter or pillows to go with it. The bed itself with what cover it had on it was very nasty. Over all would stay here again. Hopefully next time the pool will be open & cleaned.

Another great stay

This was our second visit to this lovely home, and it won't be our last. The house is very cute, quiet, and comfortable, the host is wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond to any queries, and the location just can’t be beat - easy access to everything, on foot or by car. Looking forward to our next visit!

Cozy and perfect for family with older kids

We loved the location. Decorated beautifully. Kitchen well stocked. Near the beach. Even had games. Great communication with owner. Loved both in kitchen. My college kids hung out while I prepared food. The booth even had built in chargers.

Listing spot on

We travel to St Simon’s every year and this hands down was the best rental we have been in. Pricing was great and the rental was beautifully updated/redecorated. We had everything we needed and the place was spotless. Location is perfect for going to the beaches and town via bikes. The pool and recreation area is well kept. Walking out the back door to have that right within steps was perfect. Communication with the owner was very easy and answers were replied to very quickly. We have no negatives with this one. We will return and rent again.

Great home in St Simons Island

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Everything was just as shown in the listing, very fresh and clean, as well as quiet. The location was perfect - minutes from the beach and from town. The host was very responsive, helpful and generous, and made sure we had everything we needed. We're already looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent Spot

This was an amazing place. It was fresh and bright and clean. There were towels galore. The owner was very responsive. She provided dishwasher, tablets, water and starter snacks. I would love to stay here again when I head back down.

Cozy Condo, Great Location!

My partner and I had a wonderful time in St. Simons Island and this cozy condo was the cherry on top of a perfect beach vacation. Great accommodations and located just minutes from a wide variety of dining options. 10/10 would stay again if this listing was available!
