Steps from the Beach! Oceanfront Condo

This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #421 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service and a good view of the courtyard and ocean.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

This was my second visit to this resort but first time in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. It was PERFECT for my brother, cousin and I to visit our Aunt and Uncle on St Simon’s. Lots of amenities, very clean, plenty of start-off supplies and so easy to check in and check out. It had been upgraded since the photos I saw at booking, so we were thrilled to see the new, comfortable furniture. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the easy access to walking on the beach and the view from our balcony. Parking was a breeze. We would definitely come back again! Thank you!

Amazing! The villa was perfect and the view was beautiful. Great view of the beach and pool. The elevator was right down from our villa which made it great for loading and unloading our stuff. The location is perfect and close to everything. It is a bit of a walk to the beach if you are older though.

Fall family break

Overall we had a good time, although we were told about some construction throughout the complex we were not aware it would be next to our balcony. We had to have a 3 bedroom and this is where construction was.next time I will ask more questions and I am not sure we got the construction rate.

This Condo is a MUST!!!

This condo was everything my family and I could have asked for. It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone in their bedrooms as well as in the den/living space. If you are looking for a three bed room to stay in, this is the one you are looking for!
