Este listado cuenta con un condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños disponible para alquilar durante todo el año. Nuestras tarifas varían según la temporada y la duración de la estancia. Nuestra LLC familia es propietaria de forma independiente esta villa desde 2014. Nuestra villa se encuentra en el King y Prince Golf and Beach Resort en Downing Street en St. Simons Island, Georgia. Nuestra villa de 1257 pies cuadrados es un ático en el último piso que cuenta con techos de 14 pies con tragaluz en las habitaciones de estar, principal y de invitados. Nuestra Villa está reformado con suelos de mármol y de plantación persianas en todo y cuenta con duchas de mármol. El baño principal se ha reconfigurado y ampliado para incluir un antiguo vestidor. Ahora ofrece una vista frente al mar y es totalmente accesible para discapacitados utilizando un mármol, plato de ducha (aclaramiento de 3 pulgadas). La ducha está equipado con barras de apoyo y duchas en los 2 lados. También hay una tercera, cabezal de ducha extraíble con una manguera y una construida en el asiento. La cocina y los baños disponen de armarios a medida con superficies de granito. Gabinetes de baño principal están diseñados para ser sillas de ruedas. La villa cuenta con un mármol, chimenea de gas en espiga modelada por debajo de un manto de madera. También incluye renovado 163 mph fuerza contundente, de sonido, de vidrio resistente al impacto del huracán frente al mar. Las características de este vidrio resistencia suenan resistentes, puertas corredizas de la sala de estar y dormitorio principal que da a la terraza. Correderas de cristal se puede reemplazar con pantallas para disfrutar de la brisa del mar dentro de la villa. El balcón ofrece muebles de teca para las vistas relajantes y frente al mar. 24 horas de seguridad es proporcionada por la Asociación de Propietarios. Un menú completo con servicio de habitaciones está disponible desde el rey y el príncipe hotel. Aparcamiento cubierto. Oceanfront relaxation

Beautiful oceanfront condo with incredible views. Convenient to all the things we love about SSI- The Cottage, Beachcombers, Crab Trap, Crabdaddy’s, Fiddler’s and many more. This condo is perfectly situated for families with children of all ages with easy access to The King and Prince resort. Enjoyed our stay and so sad to leave!

Overall very nice place and owners great to work with.

Wonderful place .Owners are great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The only complaint that we had is there was work refinishing of the floors ongoing that significanty impacted elevator use. We could use it the first day thankfully but other than that , no. We were on the 4th floor . Probably should have rented it another week after work ws done .

Peaceful Retreat

Property was comfortable and quiet. Best location on the beach. It is close to restaurants and many are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Beautiful view, excellent location

We enjoyed the unit. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beds were comfortable. The beach view was amazing and we enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Having been there in January made us realize the sun probably bakes the place in summer months which would be a shame. There were a few things missing that would have made our stay more cozy and comfortable- rugs in the bathrooms and living room sitting area would have made it so much warmer as the tile floors were frigid. On our next to last day there someone turned the heat up in the unit below and that made the floors so much warmer. Kitchen was well enough appointed except for a few small things. Owner was responsive and very pleasant. Management company was very efficient but not very cordial. I found their terse communication off putting, but the owner was welcoming and lovely. This unit was located within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and cute shops. We did not use any of the facilities offered by King and Prince complex but this was due to it being winter and not using pools, etc. we would stay here again.

Dream vacation

Gorgeous. Clean. Easy. Picturesque view. We didn’t feel like we even needed to leave the balcony to enjoy ourselves. It was amazing! It wasn’t just relaxing, I actually relaxed!

Fabulous Villa

This villa at the King and Prince resort had all the amenities anyone would need right at our fingertips. It is strategically located to the bridge which crosses the inlet pond and straight to the umbrellas on the beach. There is also a pool and hot tub. Conversations with the hosts were friendly and easy. Our weather, praise the Lord was a constant 85 with a slight breeze. I highly recommend this villa. Thank for a great week.

Sunrise and more!!

I can’t say enough about the views, location, beach access and the proximity to and from the downtown area. The rooms were clean and the condo had everything we needed. A cup of coffee and a danish were at our fingertips each morning when we’d stop by The Cottage just around the corner. There’s upscale dining as well as come as you are drinks and casual burgers and barbecue about a block away. We will definitely come back.

I loved this condo. I did not think I would like being on the fourth floor, but I actually loved it, especially the high ceilings.The views were great. Very spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit.

We loved this wonderfully, updated villa. Since our last stay, the balcony lights have been redone. We loved the new smart TV in the main room. The WI-FI is strong and served us well. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and its so easy to operate. The villa was ultra clean and smelled totally fresh upon arrival. This seems to be a trademark of the lovely owners of this villa. We have stayed here many times. It must have been freshly painted because there werent any scuffs on any wall. I noticed a new 50 gallon water heater which i had not seen before. Thanks so much!!!!! the Rockers.

Perfect location & beautiful view

We had a very enjoyable time at St. Simons Island. The King & Prince resort is a wonderful property on the ocean. The condo has a great location on the ocean with beautiful views and it was very clean. However, the furniture needs updating, the couch & chairs were very uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture was also uncomfortable & lacking. Could use a nice size table. The kitchen could use new pots, pans, glassware & water pitcher. They are all old & scratched. The beds were very comfortable except that the pillows were old & very flat. The master bath was nicely redone, but, the toilet was located right up against the shower door, which was cramped & uncomfortable. On a positive side, plenty of towels were provided, which is appreciated. Nice to have assigned covered parking. All in all, we had a great vacation. The views are amazing. We saw dolphins while walking the beach! This condo has such great potential. Just needs the updates we mentioned. After all, it is a beach resort, maybe the furniture could reflect that. We ate dinner one night at Echo Restaurant at the resort, outside overlooking the ocean. Priceless.
