Completely renovated condominium

With direct beach access and fully renovated, Beach Club 312 has one of the best views on St. Simons with the balcony overlooking the south east onto the Atlantic Ocean. The condominium is beautifully decorated in a serene coastal palette, which is sure to provide a comfortable, restful environment for your vacation. The kitchen is a warm white motif with farm style sink, new stainless appliances and glass front cabinets. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated as well with new cabinetry and all accessories. Flooring throughout is new with a warm wood look. Amenities unique to this condominium include: washer/dryer and K-cup coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool with fountains, a separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center. This condominium is within walking distance to numerous delightful stores and restaurants on the Island.

This gorgeous condominium has a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #312 offers a wonderful high floor view of the ocean, easy, yet secured beach access and landscaped courtyard on the south side of the Beach Club complex -- which means you get spectacular morning sun on your balcony!

Wonderful stay!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing. I do not want to recommend this condominium because then it won’t be available for us next year -but i highly recommend staying.

Not what we expected.

Location and amenities were great. The rental was dirty, can’t believe this would meet VRBO standards we did not get what we paid for. One piece of advise is to get rid of that dirty awful chandelier above the table, didn’t want to sit under it when you were eating a meal. Also the kitchen though renovated was stocked with things that looked like they came from a flea market.

LOVELY ACCOMMODATIONS- GREAT VIEW

My husband and I came to SSI for our family Thanksgiving. Each family chose a unit on the same hallway so we were very convenient to one another. We loved this unit because of the renovations, comfortable furnishings and cleanliness. Another plus for this unit is its location; only 3 units down from the beach front condo providing nice views of the pool and beach. The renovated kitchen has most anything you need and the items are new and in good condition. We enjoyed the oversized master bathroom with new fixtures and a large walk-in shower. The towels provided are plenty large, fresh and fluffy. We loved having the elongated, comfort height commodes, also. We will definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Cozy atmosphere, clean and perfect beach stay

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend beach trip. It was a perfect location! Very clean and beautifully decorated with easy access to the beach and shopping. We would highly recommend this place!
