  • Esta casa es perfecta para lo que sean tus necesidades. Hay cuatro dormitorios y tres baños completos. ¡Siéntate y relájate! Cocina completa y comedor para seis en la mesa. Hay un dormitorio completo y un baño en el segundo piso al que se accede a través de una escalera de caracol en el dormitorio con literas. El dormitorio de arriba tiene una cama king y una doble. El baño es un baño completo con ducha independiente. La planta baja ofrece tres habitaciones, una con una cama queen, una con un conjunto de literas y una con una reina y una gemela. Esta propiedad ofrece un porche trasero cerrado con aire acondicionado y vistas directas a la piscina para que los adultos puedan relajarse en el aire acondicionado mientras los niños nadan en la piscina.

Positives: Location is very close to everything. Rental office communicated well. We had a minor plumbing issue that was handled very quickly. Negatives: House is very tired; the furniture is worn out, and the house overall is not super clean. Overall: We booked last minute so we didn't have many options to accommodate our group.

Best cottage rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was a gem of a rental! So clean and spacious and the pool was amazing and the cottage was minutes from everything. Now, I like a cold home and when I saw we had to keep the AC at 70, I was concerned, but no problem! It was a cool and comfortable 70. And the rental company - so sweet and accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I also must again compliment how clean this place was!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did enjoy our time at this rental. However there was several things that seemed unattended to. The sink facet was falling apart, the air conditioner up stairs was moldy, kitchen counters were dirty / stained. The only skillet in the kitchen of a decent size was peeling Teflon so bad you would have had it in your food so cooked all meals on a very small skillet all week. The pool was not well kept. They did have someone come clean the pool but it wasn't all working till the last day we were there. The pool looked great the day we left. Just expected a little better for the price.

Cozy Home - Beautiful Island

Lovely home with a surprising amount of space and amenities. My sister and I rented this place with our families. 4 adults and 3 kids aged 12-15. Clean and well decorated with enough space to gather or for each person to have a space to themselves. I recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The refrigerator went out during our stay and they promptly installed a new one. We loved the pool and it was cleaned professionally every other day, which was great since it stormed most afternoons. We did have to drive to restaurants, stores and the beach, but the neighborhood was very nice. We had great privacy. Our family of 7 adults and 1 child were able to stay comfortably.The house does need a few repairs such as the sliding side door and an area on the stairs. Overall it was worth the price for the week. The Golden Isles company was fantastic, they met all of our needs and kept in close contact!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Harper’s Cottage = Harper’s Shabby Shack. Lowest grade appliances, very dated kitchen and well worn furniture. Air Conditioning can’t be turned below 70. Large crape myrtle full of Spanish moss leaves the pool filthy dirty ever day and unusable. House sits on main road with steady traffic (not safe for young children). Pedestal stool sinks in first floor bathrooms provide no counter space and offer limited storage in bathrooms. Owner and Golden Isles Rentals looking to make quick money as they charged us for $300 for items that were deferred and routine maintenance expenses, which are an owners responsibility. Recommend Real Escapes and Georgia Coast Rentals.

Great location but needs work

Great location—close to the town and beach. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Cute backyard with gorgeous tree. Comfy beds. Great washer and dryer. The place has great potential. Management was polite and worked with us to try to fix our top three issues. Unfortunately the place needs a lot of love. I hate leaving negative reviews, as I’m generally very flexible and not picky. The place needs maintenance. It needs a deep clean. We had to scrub the kitchen table and chairs before use among other things. Blinds need replacing in many windows. The internet didn’t work despite management rebooting it. The porch smells like mildew. The pool needed constant cleaning, as the filters seems to not work well and the tree drops lots of debris into the pool. Several exterior locks didn’t work. The ac can’t go lower than 72 which leaves half the house warm as it gets lots of sun. The fan in one bedroom buzzes so wasn’t usable. Some lights didn’t work. The stairs to the master are a very small spiral which is hard to manage. Taking luggage to the master wasn’t possible. The bunk bed room is the entrance to the master which makes it usable only if the master and bunk beds are used by the same family (not friends). We had fun despite the missed expectations. If this place gets attention it will be a great stay.

Love this cottage & pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We previously stayed in this cottage 10 years ago and were anxious to enjoy it again. The furnishings are dated (same as 10 years ago) and the pool furniture is not the most comfortable but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We walked to the village, the basketball court, and the beach.. Our favorite room in the house was the sun room. We would love to come back!

Quaint Cottage that is close to all

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Harper’s Cottage was a perfect place for 6 adults to spend a week off unwinding on SSI. The management company was very receptive when we reached out regarding pool maintenance, and communicated with us as necessary. The upstairs room is beautiful, but tricky for adults (and suitcases) to navigate the spiral stairs. Other than a few items missing (toaster, extra frying pan) in the kitchen we made some great meals and even better memories.
