  • Welcome to Ocean Walk R-4, a beautifully rare 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat designed for comfort and relaxation. This charming unit features elegant tile floors throughout, crafted to mimic the warmth of hardwood. The spacious, open-concept living area seamlessly combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating an inviting space perfect for gathering. Step out onto the covered balcony off the living room, where seating for six makes it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

    The living room is tastefully furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The adjacent dining area seats six, ideal for family meals or entertaining. The master suite is a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms, both equipped with their own TVs, share a convenient hallway bath.

    Located just a short walk from the vibrant pier and village area, and less than a mile from the beach, this flat offers the perfect blend of convenience and coastal charm. Whether you're here to relax or explore, Ocean Walk R-4 is the perfect home base for your St. Simons Island getaway.

    This condo is part of a well-maintained complex that includes two pools, a workout room, lake and a clubhouse for relaxing and socializing with neighbors and friends. Whether you're looking to enjoy the beach, play a round of golf, or simply unwind in a peaceful village setting, Ocean Walk R-4 offers the perfect retreat on St. Simons Island.

    • Occupancy: 6 - Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
    • No more than 3 vehicles are allowed.
    • Two dogs permitted with the addition of the $100 pet fee per dog. Must be under 35lbs per HOA restrictions.
    • Parking for 3 vehicles allowed
    • 6/10 mile to Pier and Village and 9/10 mile to public beach access


    Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

    What to Expect in your Unit:
    • There are 4 TVs located in this property.
    • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
    • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
    • 2 Community Pools. 1 heated

Girls Getaway

This was an annual reunion of girls who went to school together and their annual get to gather.We have been doing this for 18 years with one girl planning it and then rotating the planning the following year. We found the condo a good fit. Other than a minor issue with the plumbing every thing was great and no complaints. I liked how responsive management was if there were issues or just general questions.

We really had a good time at Saint Simons Island. Our condominium was nice. It’s a little dated but clean had plenty of supplies and everything we needed …,communication with the property manager was awesome. The pools were a little dirty. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.
