  • Situado en el centro histórico de St Rémy, este ático de lujo goza de una ubicación ideal a pasos de todo el pueblo: cafeterías, bares, tiendas, galerías y el animado mercado al aire libre de los miércoles por la mañana.

    Construido en el siglo 14 como el presbiterio de la iglesia adyacente en el momento en que los papas residían en Aviñón, la escalera de caracol de piedra te lleva dos vuelos hasta el ático Apartamento de los Ángeles - L'Appartement des Anges.

    Durante su reciente transformación, las ventanas de piedra originales del siglo XIV, los arcos y las vigas de madera fueron descubiertos y ahora aparecen en este magnífico apartamento en el corazón de la hermosa Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

    Elegantemente decoradas en estilo provenzal y amuebladas con piezas nuevas y antiguas, los pisos de roble en la espaciosa sala, comedor y dormitorios combinan bien con las paredes de piedra vista. Las habitaciones tienen camas confortables de gran calidad con sábanas de algodón. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado con ducha grande, toallas mullidas blancas y espacio de almacenamiento adecuado. This was our second time staying at this apartment. It’s one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed on our travels. Karen is extremely available and friendly. The place is beautiful, clean, and probably one of the best locations in St. Rémy.

Most amazing stay in St. Remy

Nothing could have been better during our stay at Karen’s. The apparent was just beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful for walking around St. Rémy. Perfection!

Fantastic stay again in St. Remy!

We have stayed at this gorgeous apartment twice now and just love it! It is close to all the stores and cafes in St. Remy and we loved being steps to the Wednesday market. We really love the rooftop and enjoyed a lovely lunch there on a sunny day. This is a truly special apartment. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment right in St Remy!

The apartment was beautiful and in an excellent and quiet location right in the village. Every detail was thought of and we had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop balcony with great view of the sunrise, moon rising and sunset! The beds were very comfortable and the living space and bathrooms were gorgeous! The owners' suggestions for restaurants were appreciated. We hope to return soon. Thank you!

We loved it!

Our family had the most wonderful stay in this apartment! It is beautifully decorated, even prettier than the pictures, yet still so comfortable. The apartment retains much of it’s original charm while providing modern amenities such as an updated kitchen and three updated bathrooms. The rooftop deck was a real treat. It is in a great location right in the center of St. Remy. Karen is a terrific host. She communicated with us well prior to our stay and during our stay so that check in and check out were so easy. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

A Very Special Place

This is a magical property in the heart of lovely St. Remy. You climb a winding stone staircase and two flights up you open a large old wooden door to discover a beautifully decorated and renovated apartment that retains all the character of the original building. The comfortable en-suite bedrooms each have lovely touches and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed using it for some light cooking. Added bonuses were the little side balcony under the atrium and the terrace on the roof. The mistral was blowing while we were there, so we unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy the terrace, but we enjoyed drinks and hors d’ouvres on the little balcony. It was wonderful being in the heart of St. Remy with bakeries, restaurants, groceries and shops at your fingertips and free parking in a lot a short distance away. Also, the excellent Wednesday market is practically right out your door! Karen has done a fantastic job of turning this old building into a truly unique and special place to stay. We would love to return!

Perfect Saint-Remy!

Karen’s apartment is wonderful; with the 14th Century walls and doorways, we were surronded by history. The apartment is spacious, with comfortable bedrooms and large modern bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. And, what a treat to be able to walk up to the roof-top terrace where you are face-to-face with the church steeple and can survey the city centre rooftops and surrounding mountains - and even see Avignon in the distance. Everything in the city centre is less than five minutes away. To top it off, Karen was so friendly and helpful, and even arranged a visit to her friend, Jean Paul’s, Chateauneuf du Pape winery. There can’t be a better place to stay in Saint-Remy!

SIMPLY AMAZING!!

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a truly historical building—although the amenities are absolutely 21st century! Karen did an amazing job restoring this beautiful apartment and no details were spared. Our family of 5 adults were very comfortable and especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen and en suite bathrooms. The location in historic St. Remy is perfect. We walked everywhere! At the end of each day we climbed the stone stairway to our private rooftop patio where we shared a bottle of wine and breathtaking sunsets. We are so grateful to Karen for sharing this gem. Do not hesitate to book!
