Ahoy Maties! Welcome to Paradise! This spacious home is the perfect place to dock your pirate ship. This home is big enough for the whole family. No need to fight over a movie, this house offers 2 living room areas, plus an outdoor lounge area by the pool. This home also has a beautiful and large kitchen that can cater to more than just the family. Whether you want to enjoy a dip in the pool or a dip in the ocean, Ahoy Paradise is only minutes away from the beach. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars, or possibly even a boat trailer. The location of this home truly is in paradise. Take a trip to the Clearwater Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, or drive down the coast. If you’re up for adventure, enjoy a thrilling time at Busch Gardens, Universal, or Disney World! Make memories and enjoy paradise!

Essentials: Bathrooms fully stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion.

Pool/Beach Towels beach chairs and umbrella are available for use. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.

For the kids: We have a pack n play, games, coloring books and a few toddler toys.

Pool Heat: $25 per day. Pool settings are all scheduled ahead of time. When purchased, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temp drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pets: We are pet friendly (Dogs Only) Bring your fur baby for a relaxing vacation! Maximum 2 dogs only for $250 fee per stay.

Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the house or outside on the patio or within 25ft of the home. A fee of $500 for Ozone cleaning will be charged.

What a lovely stay we had at this rental while our house is being rebuilt from hurricane damage. Made a tough situation a little easier. They greeted us with a small gift which was such a nice touch and everything was so well organized. Had just about anything you could need for your stay. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very comfortable and homey feeling house. Nicely decorated. Great neighborhood too.

We decided to go 2 days after a major hurricane and the property didn’t even look like they had a storm at all. We arrived a day later than planned and were greeted with a delicious box of Crumble cookies . The pool was refreshing and enjoyable anytime of day with great night lighting . We stayed at Ahoy Paradise, it was our first visit to Florida and we had the most memorable time as a family. The house was just as described on the listing and the location was just perfect the neighbourhood is nice a quite and the stores and beaches are just minutes away and we can’t wait to visit Florida again and stay in one of your other locations

The house was a perfect size for our family’s graduation get together. The inside was spacious and clean. The highchair and pack and play were a great addition. The pool area was as described, but due to the rainy weather, was in need of cleaning when we arrived. After reaching out to Courtney, someone came and pressure washed the deck and skimmed the pool surface the following day. There was ample storage space both inside and on the patio. I would suggest child safety locks on all cabinets. I had several issues (early checkin not ready, pool not heated as requested), but once contacted, Courtney made every effort to correct. Overall, a great family house!

The house is nice with 3 comfortable bedrooms suited well for 2 couples and kids or in our case my wife and I like our own rooms so she doesn’t have to wake me up for snoring and my daughter was in the kids room. We all had our own space but spend most of the time out in the pool area which is great. The yard is privacy fenced so my dog was able to be out in the yard not just the screened in pool area but he spent most of the time resting on the patio while we enjoyed the pool every day. I wish the pool cleaning robot worked but even with it just sitting at the bottom of the pool all week the oool felt plenty clean and we had zero issues. The grill is nice but the temp guage doesn’t work so you have to grill by feel but it works and having the out door fridge is great. We couldn’t figure the out door tv out at all so we just listened to music from a speaker. The house has a nice sized formal dining room we never touched and a great media room but again we found it challenging to get the big tv in there going so we just used it as an office work space which was fine. Other TVs in the bed rooms and family room worked ok for us and we didn’t go to Florida to watch tv. Use the garage and/or lock your car. I did not and someone broke in. Nothing valuable in the car but took time to file the report over what was taken. Likely HS kids but none the less that was the only negative we had.

Our stay was wonderful. The House was just as described. WE were there from 1/6 to 3/2 2024. Very clean and spacious. We especially loved the media room and the pool area was perfect for BBQ and eating out side. The location was prefect very close to shopping & restaurants with very little traffic around. Our concierge Courtney was great. She responded to any of our request right away. During our stay the pool pump broke and in less than one day she had it replaced. I highly recommend staying here. It was truly a FIVE STAR House & Experience. Ilene & Glenn Deerfield IL

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Information on listing was spot on. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and that evening the microwave quit working. It was replaced with a new one on Monday. There is a nice saltwater pool. However, it was a little murky looking when we first got there. Property manager advised that they had just completed a new roof and some of the dust might have gotten through the screen enclosure. It cleared up within a day or two. Cleanliness of the house was good, except for a portion of the floor. When I wiped up some water with a paper towel, it was quite evident that the kitchen floor needed some more cleaning. These things were pretty minor, and I would definitely consider returning to this property in the future. Working with Heather was great!! She is extremely pleasant, accommodating, and efficient 👍.

We were a group of 9 with 4 out of the 9 being kids under the age of 12. Host followed up right away after we booked. Communication was clear, uses electronic means to sign rental agreement etc. which is a plus. The property was clean with plenty of room. The pool was a big draw for everyone especially for the kids. Two full baths were stocked with ample supplies including towels. Having washer & dryer was key for us and this property delivers. They even give you plenty of beach towels. You cannot beat the location. We recommend this for sure. A+

We rented this property for 3 weeks. House was as described. Plenty of room and nicely supplied with all you need for your stay. We brought our dog along and the nice fenced in area with grass was so convenient. Neighborhood was good - nice park within walking distance. Beaches and other tourist areas all within 25 minutes. Wanted to save the best for last - the heated pool! We enjoyed it every day - spent most of the days lounging by the pool or sitting under the covered patio watching the tv. Perfect set up,

Clean and comfortable! Everything provided coffee, toilet paper - they thought of it all and gave us a nice welcome gift. Beds are comfortable, lots of soft towels and lots of space to spread out. Heated pool and outdoor area was perfect. Great communication and we were able to get an early check in - Thank you Heather! Highly recommend.
