We stayed here in May with my son. Everything was simply magnificent! The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed; everything was in perfect working order. The host was always reachable and responded very quickly. The sea was wonderful—just a three-minute walk away. We will definitely be back again. Rating: 10+.

Great vacation home. Short little walk to the beach. House had a lot of amenities that families and travelers would enjoy such as everything you need for the beach, towels, beach umbrellas, bikes, floating tube. The beach is just down the street and we enjoyed walking past the Kooky Coconut to get food and ice cream. The owner is responsive and very helpful. We would most definitely stay gain.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication was very quick with Kristina she was always available via text if we needed something. Property was very clean and perfect for a trip with my daughter. I would highly recommend!!

Excellent!

Wonderful location and nice unit. Has all you need and nice backyard. Recently remodeled and all is in wonderful condition. Loved to sit on the porch in the morning with a coffee. Just 3.5 min walk to the beach. We will be back!

IRB Duplex

Cute little two bedroom one bath was all we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Living area was comfy. Bathroom is pretty small but worked. Our friends stayed in the other half and that was really fun. We would rent it again!

A very enjoyable week.

Very nice location. A smaller place but comfortable for 4. Nice outdoor space especially backyard patio. Shed has beach chairs and some other supplies but it should be cleaned out as there are some broken and unuseable items in there. Overall, very satisfied.

Sweet bungalow

Very quaint, quiet and suited our needs nicely for a weekend trip to Florida. The place was close to the beach, two blocks, different places to eat close by, and even had a Walgreens when we needed something from the store at midnight which was convenient. The place is older and I felt like I needed to be gentle with everything like the doors/cupboards, toilet, windows, etc, but not to the point where I was worried that I would actually break anything. We would recommend for a very small group or couples getaway!

Great price cottage..

Would recommend getting a dishwasher and install a exhaust fan in bathroom. Everything else was great along with extremely clean. Back patio was just charming with palm trees etc. Front porch was extremely great with very nice foliage with large palm trees. Will rent again.

IRB Frequents

Location was great, mostly clean, bath towels were NOT clean when we arrived, bathroom is extremely small, leaves MUCH to be desired, faucet leaks. Overall a good experience minus the bathroom. We visit IRB often, have family close by and always stay in a VRBO, this one was good, not great. Loads of conveniences, minor tweaks could make this a true gem. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect!

Great from start to finish! Very cute and very comfortable! Quiet at night and slept great. All the amenities/supplies we needed for our 3 night stay - especially appreciated the nice towels and big labels on the soap/shampoo/condition in the shower - I could see them clearly without my glasses! TVs in each bedroom a plus and bedside charging for phone. Enjoyed the back patio in the morning and a short walk to the beach and restaurant for carryout and ice cream! Host was very responsive and kind! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Cozy, comfortable unit in perfect location

Our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach was wonderful, and this cozy, comfortable little home was a big part of the reason why. The location was perfect. Parking is generous and easy. Right across the street from the Kooky Coconut for coffees, ice cream, tacos and more, and a short walk to the lovely beach. Easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants to the north and to the south. Nicely appointed with everything we needed. Appreciated provision of a few "extras" ... like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and shower-mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The patio shed was a surprise bonus ... filled with fun and handy beach items, like chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie board, volleyball, cooler and more. With myself and two tall teenage boys, we had one on the couch each night, but we expected that and have no complaints. Excellent, responsive communications with representative by text and convenient keyless access. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Look no further

This condo was perfect for our needs! My friend and I were looking for a last minute beach getaway and we were so glad to come across this listing. The condo was well stocked with absolutely everything we could need, from dishes to beach towels to a first aid kit. We didn’t rent a car or bring any beach gear, but thankfully didn’t need to as the shed was fully stocked with anything and everything a family or group of friends could need. The wagon, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs were a godsend for our time there! The beach access was a very short walk and the condo was truly a home away from home. We were B pleasantly surprised to find that the beds and pillows comfortable and we marveled about how we weren’t dying to get back to our own beds like most vacations. We loved spending time outside on the back patio, it was so quaint and we enjoyed the privacy. Working with Evolve was a breeze and the customer service was top-notch. In addition to that, we were provided with direct communication access to the owner and she was amazing to work with. You could tell she genuinely cares about her guest’s experiences and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Would 1000% recommend this property.
