The home is one level and includes two bedrooms, two full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, plus a Florida room overlooking the pool area. We do provide regular towels and beach towels. There are six Beach Chairs with two umbrellas and a cooler for the beach. There are extra blankets and pillows.

* Second bedroom is a queen bed with 55in Tv.
* Florida room has a pull-out couch queen size.

Garage and Parking:
There is a one-car garage no parking in. Beach Chairs and umbrella in garage.
Additional free parking space on the driveway and side of the house. The space can accommodate multiple vehicles, as well as a trailer or boat attachment if needed. The driveway is approximately 30-35 feet long, you can park a boat or RV.

The outdoor space:
This beautiful fully fenced backyard space includes a 3-5-foot-deep heated pool (chlorine water), four lounge chairs and two umbrellas, an outdoor dining table, as well as propane Weber Gril. Perfect for spending time lounging in the sun.

Keyless entry to the home is provided via digital keypad. New codes are generated for each stay to ensure safety and security for all guests.
No camera in the house our around the pool.

Contact free check in with a keyless code entry door. However someone is available to assist you during your stay. In fact, for your arrival we love to chat with you and make sure you made it in ok and have everything you need.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood but is close to the main road leading to Clearwater beach. It is a quiet residential neighborhood to return to after a day of beaching, shopping, or sightseeing. Clearwater Beach is a very popular tourist location. It has been ranked number one in the US as a Beach for many years. Tourists like to walk around and sightsee there is a large playground for children, a large selection of restaurants and a few souvenir shops. There is also an area where you can charter a boating excursion for fishing, dolphin, watching and pirate cruises. All of these things are located, fairly close to each other within walking distance, and so many tourist like to just park and walk around usually the younger crowd likes to go and check out the guys or check out the girls And it is a very busy beach location

I recommend renting a car or bringing your own car if you are close enough to drive here. There is a lot to see in the surrounding area that may be easiest if you have your own transportation. This home is also a distance from public transportation. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for three cars easily.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

Do not under any circumstance disturb residential neighbors with loud voices and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 8a.m. that is strictly enforced

1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.
2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, We would greatly appreciate it if you place the bin at the curb the previous evening.
3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.
4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
5. Our housekeeping will come at 10:00am please be on time to departure from the home, if you have super early take off, please let us know.

*Only guests that are on the reservation may be on the property at any time.

POOL HEATING
For safety and economical reasons, Pool will be set to a maximum of 85 degrees. **November to March, during Winter Coldest Days being lower then 70 degrease outside , Heater may not be able to reach this temperature, DUE TO EXTRIMY LOW TEMPATURE AT NIGHT, Refund will not be issued**
ALL heaters are made to use electricity to heat, it does take time to heat the pool and please remember that the pool is not a hot tub.

Pool care: Scheduled twice a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. Make sure the fence is open for pool services to enter and cheek the water in pool.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.

IMPORTANT: - Please be a good neighbor and respect the Quiet Hours, which are between 10 pm - 8 am.
- All noise/disturbance that causes neighbors disruption may incur a $1000 Fine and have their reservation escalated to Airbnb support for termination of reservation with no refund because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association. - This may sound scary however if your intentions are not to throw a party/Event at this property, you should be alright!
-DO NOT attempt to tamper with inventory closet. any evidence of it will result in a $400 Fine.

POOL: Swimming in the pool is at your own risk - there is no lifeguard provided. Running & diving are prohibited. Children, of any age, are not allowed in the pool area without supervision.
Any safety concerns, including if any equipment, pool alarms, safety netting, or locks, are not working properly must be reported immediately to us. LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS: Guests are responsible for any lost or damaged items during their stay and will be charged accordingly. Please notify us immediately if any accidents occur.
