Harbor Breeze Hideaway! - 4/2 - King size bed♔

Welcome to our beautiful city of Clearwater and to our unique Mid-Century modern style home. Centrally located within 20 minutes driving to the famous and award-winning Clearwater beach and 20 min driving to Tampa international airport. Easy access to local restaurants, bars, stores, super markets and mall. This comfortable home features unique design and layout with Mid-century modern furniture and decor, free Wi-Fi, smart Roku TV’s, tile flooring; sleeps up to 10 people and has free parking.

This home offers 4 bedroom (One King size bed, two queen size bed, and two twin size bed) two full baths (Full Master bath with shower and a full bath with tub) , full kitchen, dining area, and Livingroom with a comfortable memory foam queen sofa bed. Sleeps up to 10 people. It also has a private backyard with outdoor dining, laundry on site with washer and dryer, and free covered parking. Our place is great for large groups and families (with kids). Parents are responsible for making sure all is safe for their children. There are not child locks on the cabinets/outlets etc.
Security camera outside the car port facing the entry door, smartlock (codes expire upon check out), central air conditioning/heating. Pets are welcome but must be approved. $80 pet fee per stay, and only pets under 50 lb allowed.

The occupancy limit for this property are 10 people maximum.

Maximum parking available on the property are 5 mid size cars.

This house is a great place if you have a dog. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, Kapok park nearby is a great place for dog walking, and is beautiful, tons of water birds. I saw 30 different birds one day. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, and every shopping option imaginable is close. It’s a short drive to the beach, and close to Tampa and StPete’s. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The 4 bedrooms made it possible for kids and grandchildren to visit. The only complaint is that more seats are needed in the living room, when something is on tv and there are several people there, some had to watch in the bedroom. Over all it was 5 stars.

Baseball tournament getaway

Host messaged immediately after securung the home via VRBO. Gave us the access instructions in a timely manner. It was identical in the pictures as provided in the site. Plenty of towels and rooms were meticulous clean. The entire home is fully remodeled and upgraded. Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and safe. Will definitely use this home again in the future.

Great vacation rental without braking the bank

Great property, if you're budget-conscious. Everything inside and outside the house is super basic and cheap, but well taken care off, in like new condition and in working order. Everything else, was as described on the website: quiet neighborhood, some parks around for a morning jog, close to shopping and restaurants (recommend Rumba Island Grille), 25 min drive to the beaches. Inside was fairly clean (my wife had to wipe the floor, because it didn't pass her check, but everything else did), kitchen had some basic kitchen stuff, beds were comfortable, basic bathrooms etc. We were a bit disappointed, because the back yard was pretty much unusable, with weeds and no yard furniture. Also, grill was charcoal, not gas, and we didn't want to mess with it. The host was very fast to respond to a couple questions that I had.Overall our group of 5 adults and 2 children had a great stay. Thank you, Andrea, for sharing your house!

Nice stay for small family visiting for the holidays

This property suited our needs well while visiting family in the area for the holidays. It was just three of us but the four rooms gave us plenty of room to spread out present sorting and other needs for our daughter. The bath tub was helpful, and Andrea was very responsive to any questions we had.

Clean and great location

This property was centrally located and close to everything we wanted to see. The house looked lovely, and was very clean. The beds were comfy, although the pillows were on the thin side. We used the ones from the other beds. One caveat, this home lacks adequate and comfortable seating. It has bedding for 10, but there are only 4-5 seats in the living room. Would have been better with a second sofa or sectional. The kitchen stools were unusable. The unpadded metal was painful. We were comfortable as a family of 3, but had the rest of our planned group come, it would have been an issue. The host did leave a small tree and treats for Christmas which was lovely.

Great place to stay!

House and yard were large and nice. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were gorgeous and spacious! Could have used more furniture in the living area but overall it was great and I'd definitely stay here again. Andrea was extremely gracious and kind and responsive!

Place was spotless and more roomy then expected. We had 5 adults and 2 teens. Would of liked more seating in the living room and cushions on counter chairs (not very comfy) but over-all very nice and very clean.

Absolutely amazing. Clean, close to everything and new

We stayed for a week and the place was beautiful. It looks like the entire place was new. There wasn’t dust on anything. This place is 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and about the same for Honeymoon Island. Three minutes from a Walmart that has groceries and Advanced auto parts. If you’re looking for a place that is central to everything, this is it. The neighborhood is quite and we felt safe the entire time. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything.

I just love mid-century modern homes and this one has been completely updated! It is beautiful inside and out. As a family of four, we had more than enough room. And, the house had the ability to accommodate even more people. The host was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful.

This place did not disappoint! It was just as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The fenced in yard was great with our pups. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to everything we wanted to do. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we get the chance!
