Centrally located within 20 minutes driving to the famous and award-winning Clearwater beach and 20 min driving to Tampa international airport. Easy access to local restaurants, bars, stores, super markets and mall. This comfortable home features unique design and layout with Mid-century modern furniture and decor, free Wi-Fi, smart Roku TV’s, tile flooring; sleeps up to 10 people and has free parking.

This home offers 4 bedroom (One King size bed, two queen size bed, and two twin size bed) two full baths (Full Master bath with shower and a full bath with tub) , full kitchen, dining area, and Livingroom with a comfortable memory foam queen sofa bed. Sleeps up to 10 people. It also has a private backyard with outdoor dining, laundry on site with washer and dryer, and free covered parking. Our place is great for large groups and families (with kids). Parents are responsible for making sure all is safe for their children. There are not child locks on the cabinets/outlets etc.
Security camera outside the car port facing the entry door, smartlock (codes expire upon check out), central air conditioning/heating. Pets are welcome but must be approved. $80 pet fee per stay, and only pets under 50 lb allowed.
