Myself, family and friends had a great week at Bruno’s place! We liked the space and the many bed options. We had questions about furniture and Bruno came over and helped us sort and fix that within that day and the next day. Bruno was very attentive and helpful. We were in close proximity to grocery, food and beaches. It was a great location just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of spring breakers. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks again Bruno,Cassie

Family & Friends Thanksgiving stay in Clearwater

The house was a great set up for us with our large group. We had everything we needed there for our stay. The drive to the beach is very short which was great for us bc our kids were playing in the volleyball tournament on the beach. We all really enjoyed our stay and would go back to stay there again in the future..

Fantastic location and great amenities for a large multi-family visit!

Very clean, lots of rooms and beds, furnishings are new and fully functional, location is great. Separate suites provide added privacy in a large group. Couldn’t ask for more!

Family Wedding House

We were very impressed with the house and the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and had quick access to stores and food. There was plenty of parking at both units. We greatly appreciate Bruno and Lisa for be such great hosts. Thank you again.

Beautiful stay

We booked with Bruno for my brother's wedding. Our entire immediate family was thrilled to find a place that would comfortably accommodate everyone from grandparents to toddlers and in between. Bruno was a delight to work with and I would definitely book again should I find myself in the area again.

Vacation

Thought it was one home not two. Wished there was an inside door to connect both homes for a party as large as we had. We had an issue with the AC and it was addressed promptly! Bruno was excellent to deal with. We would recommend this property!

Family Trip

We had a family trip with 14 people total, ages adult to less than one. Both units housed our families with plenty of room to spare, but note that there is no direct connection between the units if you rent both sides. We walked between the units through the front doors without any issue or inconvenience. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. We were able to take easy day trips to Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach.Thank you Bruno!

Very bad experience

Our experience was horrible. The property had mouse droppings in the pantry. We were unable to communicate with property owner because we had contacted him the night of our arrival because he had given the wrong entry code and couldn't get in the house. He said he is trying to sleep and not to contact him. But the worst thing was being accused of bringing a dog and damaging furniture. Would not recommend this property as the interactions with the owner were unprofessional and unethical.
