Tropical Oasis w/Pool near Beach

Fully Furnished 30+ day Rental. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located close to beaches and downtown. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a work space, a living room with a 75" TV, wifi and a kitchen with coffee bar. The backyard is fully fenced with a 6ft vinyl fence and an in-ground pool, outdoor patio furniture, grill and screened in porch; a perfect space to cool off and catch some sun, grill and relax with full privacy.
The space
The home sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard has a 6ft fence around a beautiful backyard with a gazebo that has 2 ceiling fans and seating for 6. The in-ground pool (no pool heater, it’s in full sun from sun up to sunn down) goes from 3 ft to 8 ft deep with pool noodles to float on and some toys for children to play with in the pool. There is an area to relax on pool lounge chairs as well.
At night the bistro lights add some wonderful ambience to the backyard, The Weber grill is there for all your grilling needs!
If it gets buggy outside you can retreat to the screened porch which has some seating, a ceiling fan and a mini fridge for your entertaining needs.
Inside the home you have a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials you need to whip up a meal. There is a coffee pot/Keurig single serve coffee maker. (We supply your first mornings coffee/tea with creamer). The stove top is induction.
Dining table that seats 6 comfortably.
The living room boasts a spacious and super comfy couch where you can enjoy a movie on the 75” television.
The laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.
There are three bedrooms (2 contain queen size beds and one has a king, if needed there is a queen size air bed in the closet with bedding. The king bedroom has blackout blinds. The Queen bedrooms have extra blankets in the closets if needed as well.
There are 2 full bathrooms ( 1 has a stand up shower and the other has a tub. The standup shower is attached to the one queen bedroom. We supply travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap along with towels.
We also supply towels for the pool/beach.
The home is ready for young children as well with a pack n play and a memory foam mattress, stroller and 3 in 1 high chair (use for infants up to toddlers as it transformers from full highchair, to seat, then booster seat). There are toddler plates, bowls, utensils and cups.
We have some games to play if you want to beat the heat in some air conditioning or need to get out of the rain.
There are 6 beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella and sand toys for your use at the beach. NOTE: a fee of $250 will be applied if there is any indication of fur on furniture (bed or couch) or waste in yard.
