Tropical Elegance on Bay Blvd is a 3 bedroom / 2 ½ bath townhome that accommodates 8 guests. Walking into this home you feel a little bit like royalty.....and you should when you're on Vacation! Mediterranean design with upgrades in every room, such as the travertine custom flooring and custom cabinets in the kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are French-style doors leading out to the balconies on each floor. On the 3rd floor, you can view the beautiful intercoastal waterway. The Tropical Elegance Home is spacious and has plenty of room to spread out. If on a day you decide to stay in, you can enjoy the large living area with comfy leather furniture and with the kitchen being the center of the home you won't miss out on family time while making dinner. Let's not forget that you are minutes away from the popular Indian Rocks Beach! With a 2 blocks walk you'll have your toes in the sand enjoying the Florida sun!

Outdoors: A fully fenced-in backyard, gas grill, and outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather!

*This 3-story townhome does not have an elevator. The ground floor/garage is not accessible to guests. There are no shared spaces with the other side of the townhome. No pool.

Second Floor

Kitchen: Black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including ice/water combo refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee Station with dual coffee makers, and 3 leather Barstools at the countertop. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Round table and 4 chairs, large buffet table, glass bar cabinet, and French Doors leading out to a balcony with table and 4 chairs.

Living Room: Large leather reclining sofa and 2 leather chairs, a sitting chair, a pullout sofa bed, coffee table, end tables, ceiling fan, and a large TV. French doors leading out to one of the balconies.

½ Bathroom: Single vanity and toilet. No tub or shower.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in the hallway closet.

Third Floor

Bedroom #1: The master has a King size 4 post bed, 2 bedside tables, a TV on a console table, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet with built-in dresser drawers, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Dual vanity, large soaking tub, and glass shower.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. French Doors lead out to a balcony that has a bistro table and 2 chairs.

Bathroom #2: Single vanity with tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #3: 2 twin-size beds, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and a night table.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces. Grass and street parking are not permitted

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

A true home away from…

Our stay here was wonderful - an easy walk to the beach, the coffee shops, restaurants. An easy drive to grocers and more “touristy” things. The house is on a quiet street, a couple of blocks from the main road. A lovely kitchen - everything we needed. Three ample bedrooms, two baths upstairs. Met the owners: delightful people. We were very comfortable there. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Property

My mother in law passed away, and we needed a relaxing place to stay for our family and my husband's siblings. This place was perfect-we loved relaxing on the balconies with our morning coffee! The home was just as listed-with lots of amenities and close to restaurants and beaches! (There was construction going on right behind the house, which did get noisy at times.)

Nice and spacious

Very nice property, but could use a little maintenance, cleaning and kitchen organizing. A house this nice should have a knife sharpener in the kitchen - my biggest pet peeve. And I would have liked to have known that construction was taking place in the back. Contractors in Indian Rocks are aloud to start at 7:00 am - every day, except the morning we have to get up early to depart. I only mention this, because they are sure to notify renters or noise ordinances.

Annual Spring Training Trip

Home is upscale- spacious, comfortable, granite & verandahs are nice. Mattresses are great; sheets nicer than the towels. However, our stay had some small drawbacks- like blown light bulbs, but more significantly, some areas where the cleaning was not up to par, i.e., debris in the corners of the stairs & dead bugs in the windows. The bathroom floor had crusty places– like it had been mopped without first being swept. There’s patio furniture on the guest BR balcony from which you can see the intercoastal (this one didn’t have a working light). Patio furniture on the master balcony would be nice. It’s temporary, but a building was under construction only a few feet away from the master BR balcony, resulting in constant daytime hammering & loud music from workers. This was exacerbated after an incident involving a stepdown onto the unlit balcony resulted in a broken ankle. Avoiding the 2 sets of stairs, I spent the rest of the week in the BR without balcony furniture & listening to the noise. On a positive, the owner, who lived next door, unlocked the door into the garage stairs so that I could use the chair lift that was unexpectedly available. (The reason I know the stairs were dirty was because I scooted up them on my butt after going to the ER with the broken ankle the first evening we arrived.) If the cleaning crew really cleaned rather than just “hitting the high spots” then we’d definitely give it a 5, as it is, a 4 at best.

Girls weekend

Loved this property. Total of 4 of us 4 for a girls weekend. We had plenty of space throughout and enjoyed the back patio. Short, easy walk to the beach. Great location for restaurants and activities. House was well stocked with housekeeping basics. No issues at all!

Great Stay in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach

Your home was outstanding. It has high-end finishes along with everything we could need to make our stay comfy and perfect! The location is great as well. Only a couple of blocks away from the beach as well some great restaurants and bars. Both Clearwater Beach and Tampa were short easy drives as well! We will be back! Thanks again!

Long Weekend with Family

The house was beautiful! It was just as nice and upscale as the pictures show. It worked out perfectly for our short Florida getaway. The driveway was long enough to fit 3 cars if you had to, which was perfect when my sister came to visit us. The house was close enough to the main street of Indian Rocks Beach, but far enough to not feel like it was too busy (it was 2 blocks away).
