This home has 4 masterfully designed bedrooms. On one end of the house, the master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. On the other end of the home are two more bedrooms, with one queen bed in each. Around the corner, you'll find the last bedroom, with a full-over-full bunk bed.

Here you'll find two full bathrooms, each modern and stocked with the essentials. The master ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The common area bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 6 people, plus 4 additional countertop seats. This area has direct access to the incredible backyard.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
