Communication from the manager was very poor. Our Frontier flight was delayed 3 plus hours but I called the manager & left the info on the answering machine, including my name & number each time another delay was happening. I requested a call back so I knew they received my message. I never received a single call back. I kept them updated each time. Then they were frustrated that we were late but handed me the key. Imagine my surprise when I went to unlock the door & discovered there was a code pad on the door. Even info from the owner re: address & where to get the key was only given to me 2 days before our flight and I had to ask for that twice. While the house was clean inside, the lawn hadn't been mowed for at least 2 weeks and the fruit & veggie "garden" is a raised bed completely overgrown with weeds. This was truly not even close to what we expected based on the pictures on the Vrbo website.
