Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided so you can easily enjoy the sand just across the street.
The space
This bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located on the second floor and features an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining seating, and counter seating. The primary bedroom connects to the bathroom and has sliding door access to the private balcony, where you can enjoy partial views of the Intracoastal and marina.
The condo includes TVs in every room, WiFi, and a parking pass for one vehicle. Beach essentials such as towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided.
Madeira Beach is directly across the street via public crosswalk, and John’s Pass Boardwalk is a short walk away. Dog friendly, so please bring your bestie if well behaved.
Guest access
Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well-equipped gym located in the adjacent building.
Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle.
The resort is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals.
Other things to note
Linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and dining items.
Maximum Occupancy: The condo accommodates up to 6 guests total.
We’re happy to welcome one dog (25 lb weight limit). For insurance reasons, aggressive breeds are not permitted.
Beach equipment is included for your stay—towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon—so you can enjoy the beach with ease.
One parking space is included with your reservation. Due to HOA guidelines, we’re unable to accommodate additional vehicles.
Please Note - The building is serviced by a single elevator. While uncommon, temporary outages due to maintenance or power interruptions may occur.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
