BRAND NEW BUILDING with Elevator

UNIT 405 - This apartment is on the RIGHT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our NEW COASTAL STYLE BUILDING features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

UNIT 405 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrella and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID#2502594 (unit 406) for availability, and reserve both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

The unit was clean and modern and we loved the convenient location and all of the extra amenities they offer for the beach. They had nice beach chairs, regular height chairs, and lounge chairs, as well as beach bags, umbrellas, floats, kayaks, and paddleboards. The unit was also quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience to our favorite bakery (Cafe de Paris) and getting cocktails to go at Beach Waves to watch the sunset with on the balcony.

Love this place! Have stayed at IRB several times and this is now our favorite and go-to location from now on. Unit spotless, well equipped and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Can't go wrong with this place!

This was our second time visiting Tommy’s on the Beach. Both stays were amazing! The unit is very clean and has awesome views. The pool is an added bonus after a long day at the beach and there are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. Patrice always has great communication and allowed us to have a late checkout so our departure day was stress free. We can’t wait until our next stay! Thanks for making our trip great!

Always a good time! This was our second time renting and it didn’t disappoint. Couldn’t ask for a better location, so nice to be able to bring our dog! the booking process and communicating with the property manager is seamless. Really enjoyed the Paddle boards and kayaks. My husband shark fishes at night, I lounge on the beach all day. 100% great time.

Very clean and the view is the best we've ever seen. We felt there was too much furniture in the living room area and made it feel very small. Bed was very comfortable bathrooms we clean and set up well.

Beachfront getaway

Tommy's on the Beach was a wonderful stay! The location right on the beach and all of the beach items one could need all provided, what else could you ask for? The neighborhood is very laid back, great restaurants within walking distance. Last but not least, the million dollar sunset views, right from your own patio! We will be back!

A little gem

This is a hidden little gem in a quieter part of IRB. With 2 bdrm and two bath, it’s a perfect condo for small groups. The condo is part of a small complex that is very new with great furnishings, comfortable bedding and fabulous kitchen with lots of storage and equipment. Thoughtful touches throughout like shampoo, soap, beach towels and spices. The owner is so attentive and personable and the maintenance/cleaning staff do a superb job! Well maintained pool with beach gear provided including paddle boards! You won’t be disappointed. We were there in May and were thrilled that the premise was in such great condition after last year’s storms. Thank you Patrice, would love to return! Thank you for your hospitality!

Best vacation yet!

This place has everything you need from beach chairs to aluminum foil. There is a restaurant and bakery in short walking distance. The building is off the main road. The beach is beautiful. We plan to come back again.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved the sunset views from the balcony! My husband said it was the best sunset he has ever seen. The condo was clean! The only thing is the mattress topper on the king bed makes you sink in. I had to roll to get out of the bed. LOL! But we managed. We loved the availability of chairs and an umberellas. Beach bags and beach towels were provide as well! There were all types of water sports equipment as well! Everything you need for the beach!!! I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and the area was quiet. There were great restaurants near by and a french bakery steps away! We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!!!

Cozy and immaculate condo on the beach

Property is exactly as described. Check in easy, location central to restaurants, beach just steps away, a heated pool, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, condo immaculate and well stocked including soaps, shampoos and even enough toilet paper! Patrice was helpful with any questions. I liked there were only 6 condos onsite so pool never seemed over crowded. Plenty of parking. We definitely hope to return!

Outstanding!!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 2 weeks. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had booked a very outstanding place! The owner, Patrice, was so great to work with. She was so quick to respond to any of our questions. The property manager Maria, was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met!! She was always close by if we needed anything. They both made us feel like family. The condo is exactly as the description says. It went above and beyond our expectations. The sunset view from our balcony was unbelievable. The condo was spotless and we did not lack for anything. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed! We highly recommend this beautiful condo!!We also loved having the Beach Waves Grille and the French bakery just steps away. We ate there several times! Delicious!!

ON the beautiful beach

Looks brand new and was immaculately clean. Small living room and no real dining room in our unit on the fourth floor. Great little kitchen with new appliances.The units on level 2 and 3 are larger. King bed was very comfortable.View and access to the beach are excellent. Nice heated pool and plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, life vests, etc.Has both covered and open parking. Elevator is right there.Many nearby great restaurants including 2 that are a one or 2 minute walk. Several grocery/Pharmacy stores nearby.Indian Rocks Beach is great. Safe and well kept and the local police keep a close eye on the area to keep it that way.Definitely enjoyed our stay!
