This was probably the best VRBO rental we’ve been in. The location was amazing. It was the perfect time of year - early October- and it wasn’t busy at all. The location is amazing. Great beach view and easy walk down the steps, past the pool to the beach. Great restaurants close by. The host was amazing. The place has everything needed for a great beach visit.

Our family has been visiting IRB for 30 years, and this property exceeds all expectations. Extremely clean, ease of checkin, and response of the manager was exceptional. We will definitely be rebooking with Tommy’s on the beach!

Love Tommy’s on the Beach!

The condo is right on the beach. Really appreciated the chairs/umbrellas & beach toys available for guest use. Rooms are clean and good sized. New appliances and really liked the night light/light switch in the bathrooms. Property manager responded promptly and was very helpful! Would definitely stay @ Tommy’s on the Beach again.

Time at Tommy's

The outside of the building including the parking area was well maintained. The inside of the condo also appeared freshly cleaned and well maintained. All of the amenities that are advertized in the listings were present and in good condition including the beach equipment such as umbrellas and kayaks. The property manager, Maria, was helpful, friendly, and attentive..

Great location - great support from owner

We were in Tampa for a family wedding. Tommy's on the Beach is an excellent venue - the apartment was clean, well set up, with a great ocean view. I can't say enough about Patrice, whose communication was outstanding as she battled through getting the unit ready after TWO hurricanes within a couple of weeks. Just a remarkable effort by them and she always took the time to keep us posted. Highly recommended!

RELAXATION DREAM COME TRUE

This is our second visit to the property. We stayed in the unit above the one from last time and it was just as perfect if not even more perfect. They have everything for your family needs. Plenty of cooking stuff so you dont have to eat out but if you choose to there are PLENTY of places nearby, some even walking distance.They option of the pool and the beach were great for the kids plus everything you could need was provided for the beach and pool. Chairs, umbrellas, floats, toys, kayaks, SUPs. They have it all. Tommys on the beach is without a doubt our go to beach vacation spot

Lovely accommodation!

Patrice was so easy to communicate and reserve with and the unit was stellar ~ but those views were unmatched!! 💕 The on site cleaner/manager was lovely and did all she could to get us in early ~ due to an early flight. The unit was one of the cleanest I have ever encountered and my sister travelled with us and commented the same! Very nice and we had great weather except for the day we left! It was a blessing!! Thank you!!

Perfect location

We had an amazing week at Tommy’s on the Beach. The condo was beautiful, the view was spectacular, and the location is perfect. Excellent restaurants within walking distance - our favorites were less than a block away! We used the pool every day - it was clean and not over-chlorinated. The beach is steps away. We loved having the lounge chairs and umbrellas available. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

Perfect private location in the beach, everything you could possibly need included with several excellent local restaurants right next door. Heated pool was great on the cooler days, and were able to try the kayaks one calm evening. Patrice got right back to us when we had a question during our evening check in. Only suggestion would be to add a few bikes to complete the already long list of amenities.

Fantastic experience

We highly recommend this property! The view was amazing, the location was great, the property was spotless, high end appliances, everything we could want for the beach and pool was provided. Our 6 year old had a splendid experience. One day the sea was too rough for him, so the pool was perfect! We all loved breakfast at Sandy’s! Hopefully we will be able to come back again soon!

Amazing Beach Front Condo

We have traveled to Indian rocks for years and make it a point to try and get over there a few times a year. We have stayed at numerous beach front condos and this one is by far the best! Not only is Patrice outstanding with her promptness to answering any and all questions this unit has everything you could ever need! That was a huge plus for us. We have a baby and not having the bring our own pack n play, high chair, beach toys, etc was amazing! And this condo comes complete with all toiletries, beach towels, kitchen items, etc and just steps from the beach which was very convenient. We loved being so close to the water and beautiful views. Book It! You won’t be disappointed! We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect hosts ,staff, accommodation

We had to leave another VRBO Rental property for variety of reasons none of them good. Tommy's on the beach was able to quickly accommodate us our friends our dog a dog and made what was an initial disaster into a wonderful vacation. I would recommend Tommy's on the beach to anyone and everyone from beach French property to easy accessibility caccessibility, this is a winner!
