This home comes with two spacious bathrooms, one is in the Master Bedroom and the other is next to the bedroom wing of the house for all guests to share. All are stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

One of the best parts of this home. Enjoy relaxing by the heated pool in a comfy seating area under the covered patio. Open the two sliding doors and kitchen bar window for complete open access to the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Area all at once! Place your finest Hors d’Oeurves on the wooden bar cart for easy snacking, pack the cooler cart to keep all your beverages ice cold, and the dim the string lights for a resort style ambience. The Tropical Lanai is enclosed which is great for keeping the bugs out during summer months! Enjoy additional seating along the pool in Adirondack Chairs, a relaxing bench with comfy pillows, or take a nap on the two chaise lounge chairs under the umbrella. Further enjoy your stay with a spacious private fenced in backyard. Both offer beautiful beaches that are a bit more peaceful/tranquil than the bigger beaches (ClearWater, St. Pete's). There are plenty of restaurants and little shops in between Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach to check out.



🏖️ About 15 minutes north is Clearwater beach with a lot of action - big beach, pier, restaurants, bars, shops, street performers.

About 20 minutes south is St. Pete's Beach which also is a great beach, offering - big beach, beach-side restaurants, beach volleyball, restaurants, bars, shops. A popular and local favorite!



🏖️ About 15 minutes away is John's Pass Boardwalk in Madeira Beach, this is a local favorite with a boardwalk on the water, plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars, fishing charters, jet ski's, and more.



🍽️ About 30 min east is Downtown St. Petersburg, awesome urban center of the area, with tons to do. Must check out St. Pete Pier, Vinoy Park, and Central Ave. Ton's of activities, something for everyone - fine dining, restaurants, shopping, hotels, art museums, marina, green space, and more!



🛫 The house is 35 minutes from the Tampa Airport, easy drive and accessible to all major attractions. If interested in the Tampa area, there is another long list of plenty of items to check out. A prime spot to check out would be the Riverwalk along with downtown for another scene of fine dining, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.



🚗 There is also a long beautiful drive along the bay to check out.



⛳ About 5 min away from the house in Indian Shores beach is Smugglers Golf (18 hole mini-putt with aligators) and the Salt Rock Grille - awesome restaurant close by.

* Pet Fees: $150 per Pet, 3 Pet Max;

Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.



Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!

IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.
