You can truly vacation like a local. This comfortably furnished single-family retreat has all the comforts of home you’ll need more. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood only minutes from gorgeous white sandy beaches, restaurants, and ample shopping, this home offers a relaxing refuge from the day-to-day grind. With a fully stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished rooms, a screened patio, a heated pool, and a backyard that's a true oasis ( **Pool heat begins after November 15th; if heat is requested before that time, there is a $20/day charge for pool heat**), you’ve found your ideal destination to enjoy Florida’s Sun Coast. Guest will have access to the entire home, bedrooms, baths, kitchen, laundry/game room, gas grill smoker, pool, lounge chairs, etc. There is no access to the garage.

The owner has set up this vacation home as a personal seasonal home, so you have all the comforts you could ask for in your residence. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment and more. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 and French doors leading to the screened patio and pool area with additional seating for al fresco dining. The backyard is private and completely fenced and has an outdoor gas grill and smoker, perfect for backyard barbeques. The pool is heated and can be used year-round **Pool heat begins after November 15th, if heat is requested before that time there is a $20/day charge for pool heat**.

The house is set up with a split bedroom floorplan, and the master suite has a private bath and French doors that lead to the screened patio and pool area. Maintaining tile flooring throughout the home with rugs in strategic places is easy. The large laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer and doubles as a game room with a dart board combination air hockey/pool table. This home will accommodate a family with small children. There is a crib, a high chair available for use, and a bathtub in the hall bath. It is a very comfortable place to stay in a quiet residential location centrally located to all the amenities you could want on your vacation!

The minimum age limit for this unit is 21.

It was very easy to check in to the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The home is located in a nice safe neighborhood. The beds and the furniture were all very comfortable.

Go Seminole Warhawks!

Fine residential location in Seminole, behind the high school. We were awakened by the fight song and PA announcements on weekday mornings. The pool was nice, heated but brisk. It was pollen season so it was hard to keep clean since the pool was not covered. The pool folks only came to the property once during our stay (3 weeks). The A/C went out, but was promptly serviced! The location description said it slept 8, however the roll out couch should not be counted. The roll out provided no privacy, was not comfortable, and needed a good cleaning. We appreciated how clean the living areas were and that the office manager was very responsive and took care of everything we asked for and needed. It was close to beach and restaurants.

Nice comfortable home. We loved the back porch area to relax and get out of the sun. This home was located easily to the areas we wanted to visit. Pool was great!

Pool heater broke!!!

Very disappointed we didnt swim much the heater was broken in the pool. We should have been notified or given compensation. The water was freezing in the pool. For the price we should have gotten an email.

Wonderful place for our family vacation

We really enjoyed the warm pool, having 2 grills to cook with, a privacy fence surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and eating out on the lanai for our seafood extravaganzas. There is a fresh fish market within 10 minutes of the house. The location is wonderful for so many restaurants too and 10 minutes from the beach. My family and I had a lovely stay!
