'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful Southern home where you will enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation with your loved ones! The Key-West-style house is situated in the upscale, tranquil neighborhood of Carlouel, just a minute stroll from the private beach access. Enjoy the Sunstate's beach life with its sugar-white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico! It's not unusual to see the dolphins as they are swimming by!

'Sea Breeze' offers everything you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. The house has a heated pool with a spill-over spa and a fabulous outdoor grilling area. Three different patios and a water-view balcony guarantee cozy hours for reading, chatting or playing games. Enjoy total privacy, behind our picket fenced lawns, with lovely tropical landscaping. Take a dip - day or night, in our gorgeous, heated swimming pool & spa! Early evening, perhaps a glass of wine in hand, you may want to stroll to the beach gate to witness the famous flaming sunsets as they melt into the ocean. If you look to enjoy Florida's beach life at its best, away from the noise & crowds of highly populated resorts, this is your spot!

'Sea Breeze' is the perfect place for families, family reunions and couple retreats. The house has two master suites and three standard bedrooms. In of the master suites there is a king bed and ensuite bath. In the other there is a king bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. One standard bedroom has another King bed, the next has two Twin beds, and the fifth small bedroom has a Queen bed. A pack-and-play crib and high chair is available. 'Sea Breeze' can host 10 to maximum 12 people.

Carlouel - is an up-scale, safe residential neighborhood that welcomes families and couples. It is not suitable for 'spring breakers' or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties.

The area of Clearwater offers an astonishing diversity of leisure activities. If you enjoy sports you might want to try out the numerous jogging, skating, biking, golfing, hiking, swimming, surfing, tennis or fitness opportunities. In Florida's state parks and on the breathtaking beaches you will experience the beauty and serenity of nature. Several theme parks guarantee fun for the whole family and the diversity of the many restaurants in the area will surprise you. From casual to upscale dining, from local and national to international cuisine - you will find it all!

We had an incredible stay at Sea Breeze. The house was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. The beach access was so close and felt like we were on our own private beach! We thought the location of the property was ideal. Our family loved the convenience of the beach & pool. The house had plenty of room for the 9 of us. The beach chairs & cart were much appreciated. Our family made many lasting memories at Sea Breeze!

Wonderful Clearwater home near the beach

Absolutely loved our stay here on Memorial Day weekend - given the holiday, we were SO thankful to stay within walking distance (6 minutes) from the beautiful private beach. Didn’t bother going to downtown Clearwater because we had everything we needed! Comfortably fit 8 family members. The master bedrooms especially were so beautiful. Everything was very clean as well. The pool was very enjoyable!

Family Spring Break

Hello,We have four boys under the age of 12 and we had a great time. They loved the pool and we loved being so close to the beach. The beach was very quiet and we also loved being so far up the beach as there very few people. The house also came well stocked with dishes, pans, and toiletries.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Spacious, Luxurious, and Steps from the Sand

We had an incredible stay at this Clearwater VRBO! The house is absolutely huge, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the décor was tasteful and calming—perfect for a beach retreat.The kitchen had all the tools with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. One of the highlights was the backyard—my 90 year old mom loved the pristine pool, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings.Best of all, the location couldn’t be better! Just a short 90 second walk (yes, we timed it!) to the beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and soft, powdery sand.If you're looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in an unbeatable location, this is it. We can't wait to return!

Clearwater Gem

Great location with quick walk to private beach. The house was perfect for 3 couples (3 King Size Beds) and 4 kids aging from 13-19. The pool, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella, & boogie boards were a big hit! Restaurants are close by. Definitely would recommend this place.

Perfect location with private pool -- awesome time!

Multi-generation family trip with age ranges from 16 to 76. All had a great time. The private pool and spa was an immediate hit with everyone. The beach is just a short walk to practically an exclusive beach experience with zero crowds to fight for prime space. The location in this quiet neighborhood was perfect and only a short (and easy) drive down to the beach restaurants and shops. Property owners had plenty of 'starter' supplies, which many of them lasted all week and the kitchen was well appointed. Great having the additional wet bar area leading out to the pool. Beach gear in good condition and easy to use. This is certainly on our list of places to return.

Perfect family getaway!

This is our second time staying at Sea Breeze and it is everything we need and more for our family during our vacation in Clearwater Beach. The hosts have stocked their shed with plenty of beach supplies to borrow and use during our stay. The house manual listed all of the information that we may have needed and the hosts were awesome at communication! We look forward to coming back and staying again soon.

Fall Break

We had a great visit at this Clearwater Beach property. The house was very large/spacious, and we enjoyed the private pool/spa. Beach wasn’t too long of a walk, around the corner! Mostly everything we needed was supplied which made traveling with little ones easy! We could not find a vacuum to help clean during the week but other than that the house was stocked. Very nice owners, quick to respond and find solutions to our needs! Thank you!

Very nice

At first I admit wasn’t impressed. Put after a day getting our bearing of the place we loved it. For people that fly they had everything you need. Beach towel, wagon, sand toys, plenty of beach chairs, life jackets and more. Pool was wonderful. Bedrooms were spaced apart enough to have privacy. Kitchen was wonderful. Nice big eating area. My only draw back would be great to have another refrigerator. With set up understand that would be hard, but helpful. Thank you for everything, we would stay again.

Great place for our family

We had a great time. You have access to a private beach that’s just a short walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was great having the pool with floats and toys available for the kids. There was plenty of beds and the house was very clean. All of the basic amenities were provided like shampoo and conditioner as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. The kitchen is nicely stocked as well with spices and oils. We would definitely come back again!my kids and extended family had a great time.

Awesome Vacation House

I couldn't say enough about our week at Sea Breeze. The house is so well stocked. My family has stayed here now for 3 years and we will keep coming back. We love the location, the pool, and the owners are especially very accommodating. We had yet another great week!

Road noise

The property itself was very nice and perfect for our family. The road construction began some mornings at 7:30 and did not end until 6pm. It made our stay less than memorable and we will never return or recommend. Your property details should alert guests to yhos issue. We may have canceled had we known the extent of disruptions.

Wonderful family vacation and family who live in Clearwater reunion

We had such an amazing time all together in this very lovely family home. We mostly cooked at home. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The grill was very helpful. Pool was great for the kids. The beach is so beautiful and close by. The beds, so comfortable, pillows, (I’m very fussy) linens etc were amazing. Thank you so much for hosting our family. We will be sure to come back.

Our stay at Sea Breeze Cottage 1/2023

We had a great time. The house was spacious and accommodated our 2 daughters and our 3 grandchildren! There were a variety of bedrooms which included a crib for the baby. Tom and I (grand parents) stayed upstairs in the spacious bedroom suite—that way we got to sleep a little later. The pool was great fun for all and what a treasure was the hot tub. There were pool toys included. Also the outdoor patio was a place of calm, and blowing palms. I spent time there with by 8 month old grandson. Or the beach was a short distance away, and a great place to walk. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and lovely dishes, including a full set of plastic ware for the kids. Also a great set of spices. (Or easy to to get carry out!) It was a quick drive to town and great restaurants, beach and playgrounds. We highly recommend this Sea Breeze Cottage!! Five stars!

Clearwater Beach Cottage

My sisters (7 total) and I stayed here for 4 nights in January. It was perfect for us. Plenty of beds, a nice living room, dining area and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well supplied. The pool and spa area was perfect for relaxing. The beach was a quick walk around the block. Everyone loved the house and we had access to beach chairs, towels, bikes which was great. Thank you!

Gorgeous and perfect!

Beautiful and comfortable, clean and orderly. A lot of care is put into this home. Noticeable attention to details. Very friendly care-takers and property manager. I highly recommend this property for families. The neighborhood is quiet, near the beach, playgrounds and restaurants. Thanks to you all we had a great family reunion.
