Newly renovated! Queen bed with 43 inch TV in bedroom. The Living room offers a 55 inch smart TV with a very comfortable sectional sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked! Also, there is an extra full sized mattress available *per request*.

Property does have 3 beach cruiser style bikes to enjoy cruising around town and down the famous pinellas trail.

Everything for the most part was fantastic. Easy access into the residence. Very clean. AC worked well and with the ceiling fans kept the unit comfortable. Plenty of clean linens/towels. Only minor things were the toilet paper holder was missing, no tissues, and the WiFi seemed to occasionally cut out. These are just minor things but overall I HIGHLY recommend booking this unit for convenience, affordability and comfort!

If I could give below 1 star, I would.This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The unit was dirty, smelled strongly of weed, and was clearly poorly maintained. The carpet in the bedroom was filthy, and the couch (where my friend had to sleep) was dirty and stained. To make it worse, there were no sheets or bedding provided for the second guest, even though the listing allowed multiple occupants.But the final straw? A ROACH INFESTATION.Finding a roach in the unit made it completely unlivable, especially because my friend has a severe phobia. We had to leave the property early, throw away food, change our plans, and book a new place last-minute.We informed the host immediately and expected a professional response. Instead, we got delays, excuses, and zero accountability—and even received an automated “Hope you’re enjoying your stay!” message AFTER we had already checked out due to the infestation.This property is not cleaned properly, not maintained, and not safe or sanitary. The host clearly does not take guest experience or health seriously.Do not book this place unless you want your trip ruined.

The property was clean. It didn't have toilet paper. I contacted the host and it took over 24 hours to get a response due to VRBO not sending him the message. He did say cleaning company was suppose to leave toilet paper. We got some and survived. This was the only problem. It was clean and in a great location.

Was here for work and the location was convenient for the 2 locations I needed to go daily and a quick drive to the beach to catch amazing sunsets or to walk the Belleair Causeway bridge. Owner was quick and accessible to respond when I had a question or problem. One night I returned and the AC wasn't working. He responded quickly and got everything handled.

Place was clean and perfect for a 2 day quick vacation. One bedroom, big bathroom, kitchen with everything you need, and a big living room with couch!! Perfect! Neighborhood was just a small, quiet, clean little Florida neighborhood!! Everything was perfect. Price was about the same as a hotel, so I chose this Vrbo and was glad I did! Thanks again!

Property was perfect for what we were there for. 1 bed that sleeps 2 and a couch that also sleeps 2. Shower is perfect and the water gets hot with good pressure. Communication started off slow a few days before our stay but then was quick the night before and continued with quick responses. Easy access and 10-15 mins from the beach. Walmart is 5 mins away. Would definitely rent again.

Inaccurate/Dirty

I have stayed here before and the first time was wonderful, however this time it was so bad we had to leave. When you came in there was a musty smell, along with dirt on the floorboards, the walls etc. The smoke alarms were ripped out of the ceiling and there were just open holes. The toilet paper holder was also ripped out of the wall. All of those items were placed on top of the fridge, but we were told that because they were there (even though they weren't in their spots and weren't working) that they couldn't say they didn't have smoke alarms. Also, the washer and dryer were not in the home but through a separate door calling the "cleaning quarters" which was a space with a bunch of random stuff thrown in there. We had a horrible time getting a hold of the host, sometimes waiting over half a day to hear back. Ended up leaving and getting a different place. Vrbo will not refund you unless the host chooses to, so even though we never stayed there, getting a refund is near impossible as the host is being quite difficult to reach and refusing to refund.

5 1/2 hour delay

I contacted the owner at 4:00, my unit was still in checkout condition, uncleaned, until 9:30 pm. A very kind and quick housekeeper finally showed up to change linens and sanitize bathroom. Unit is safe, good location, easy parking, needs a little TLC, I was there for family medical situation.

It was a great experience. All the pictures are extremely Accurate. The host went out of his way when the Wi-Fi went down I contacted him and he immediately fixed the problem. Great communication from host. 5⭐️

The only concern I have is that there was no outdoor lighting when I arrived at night. I could not see a house address, the driveway was bumpy and I feared tripping. House is cute, clean, was right near a hospital and assisted living facility I needed to visit. Definitely recommend.

17th anniversary celebration

I found this location literally last minute as I was trying to plan a spur of the moment getaway. I had family down from Kentucky that we only see ever 3 years or so. This was a duel purpose vacation, truth be told. The rental was exactly as the ad described, cute, easy to find, close to everything and super affordable. Saving money on a room that you spend little time in allowed us to enjoy more of the local life and beaches. We had a small incident during our stay, reached out to VRBO customer service, who got us in contact with the property owner. Let me tell you, the response from the owner was incredible. They were extremely sincere and made me feel like a personal friend. I would highly recommend this location to anyone on a budget looking for a clean, convenient place to stay. We will definitely be reaching out for our next trip!

My boyfriend and I currently do distance. This house was absolutely perfect the best getaway I could've ever asked for the places extremely cute definitely felt like at home. Only thing I could say is if you're always cold bring extra blankets but other than that I definitely recommend this to Couples.

July 22 trip

Not in a nice neighborhood, unkept surroundings, lights & fan in bedroom didn't work, only one bed when 2 were listed, German roach in trash can, no trash can in bathroom, somewhat difficult to get to due to road closure, have stayed in VRBO properties in CO, FL and OK, this one the least satisfactory.
