Most guests use the golf cart for quick trips around town and rarely need to move their car



Other Things to Note:

No parties, events or gatherings.

No pets unless pre-approved in writing.

No smoking or vaping inside the house, (No marijuana use anywhere on the property).

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

Park only in designated parking spaces. No street parking.

Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, and violations of house rules.

Violations may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property.

Occupancy limit is: 8 Guests.

Maximum parking available on the property: Space for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

Golf cart for guest use for $49 per night

Family amenities provided at no additional charge

The living room has been turned in to a shared bedroom suite/living room.

The half bath is an amazing private outdoor shower experience that feels like a beach shower experience in the privacy of your own home. There is currently no sink or toilet, just the spa like shower.

We provide starter supplies of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
