Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
The view from the balcony was beautiful and the pool was a favorite hang out. The bar was nice. We did not eat at the restaurant but others did and the food looked great. The property was very clean and nice. This place was very bare minimum as in no dish soap, sponges, minimal paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Our washer broke day one and flooded half of the kitchen which we had to mop up, repeatedly, as the drum just kept draining. I had to call multiple times for someone to come out and they just sucked up the floor and turned the water off. It was a weekend so maybe thats why it took so long for someone to come out or call me. The washer was finally fixed around 4pm the day before we had to leave (by 10am) so that was a pain. I also had to call for that update as well. The towel bar in the master bathroom was broken off the wall, which is an easy fix and unacceptable when paying what you pay for this place. Do not use the couch bed/pull out. It is very, very uncomfortable. I would not count that as a bed unless youre throwing some tiny kids on it that weigh nothing. All in all this vacation was great and Im not complaining to complain but when you pay this much for a place you expect certain things. I was disappointed with a few of them. I was very pateint with the washer and mopping up the mess and the missing towel bar but at the end of the day those things matter and should be mentioned.
