This unique home has 2 separate fenced outdoor spaces including a large pool and plenty of outdoor seating. The upstairs is dedicated to the 4th bedroom and is split into 2 separate rooms with a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The home is located only 1 mile from Indian Rocks 5th Street Beach Access Point, which is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL white sand beaches on the west coast of Florida. There are tons of wonderful restaurants, stores, water activities, and beaches within minutes for you to enjoy. Spacious and clean

Overall, very good. Owners are very responsive when kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. Outdoor table with alot rust and peeling needs to be replaced and there is a drainage problem in pool area so when it rains, water can come in slightly to tiled floors. Also, area advertised with white rocks for sitting is very much overgrow and not cared for, however there is plenty of room to enjoy by the pool on pavers instead. Map of room with King bed shows another twin however it is a cot in the closet and one bathroom that is not inside of the bedroom has very small awkward shower, but it is possible for adults to take a shower in that bathroom. Lastly the front bedroom that does not have a bathroom does not really receive any air condition and likely there needs to be some duct or AC work to channel AC into that bedroom.

Overall

Overall, stay was good. The house was clean. It provide it enough sleeping for each individual. I love the setup. The only con was not having a trash receptacle to place trash bags in daily.

Best Trip EVER!

What an amazing experience we had! Everything was accurate as in the descriptions...but BETTER! Newly renovated and our favorite part was the space we had...PERFECT for large families! There were four different friends & entire families, and we still had more room! The pool doors open all the way so bringing the outdoors inside made it so much easier with the littles in the pool! And we were literally 2 mins from the beach! Recommend this with a 10/10!!!

Worked great for our family gathering

Pool was a hit with adults and kids. Very convenient location to Indian Shores Beach, grocery stores, etc. Some of the areas were older and not perfectly clean, but beds were comfortable and it wouldnt deter us from staying again.

Great spot for a family gathering

The home was well appointed, comfortable and uncluttered. The host responded to my questions in a timely manner. The 12 chairs around the dining table told me this accommodation would suit our family. Sometimes it is hard to tell the size of a space from pictures, 12 chairs said it all.

Good place, with some problems.

The place was great overall, a lot of room for my party of 15. However, when we got there, the cleanliness was so-so. Windows were dirty, pool area had stuff lying around, there were pieces of the games all under the couch (and the rest was strewn all in the cabinet). Nothing too bad; the sheets were clean and the kitchen was spotless. The A/C did not work in the downstairs bedrooms. It was very hot, and we needed to buy fans. It worked well in the common areas and the upstairs.

Family reunion

One room where 4 people slept had no a/c!! they sent someone out but what can they really do? Other rooms all had separate units or at least a vent!! Asked for a discount but no answer!! Had to send them photos of ID’s and credit cards and names of all the people!! This is illegal! Never did this before in 13 years!!

Amazing Yoga Retreat

We were a group of 10 women staying at this property for our beach/yoga retreat/vacation. House was impeccable. Beds and rooms were cleanly made. Ample towels and supplies. Pool was well maintained and clean. Gorgeous views from the living room. Spacious yet cozy and comfortable. Check in process was a breeze. Very accessible to the quiet beaches of Indian rocks yet far away from the hustle bustle. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

Fallen hero services

When one of my marine brothers and local police officer in Saint Petersburg passed away. I started to organize somewhere for Marines to come in from all around the country in a few places around the world.I found this Home on BBRO I reached out to the property manager and inquired about staying for a couple of days with with 14 to 16 Marines. Property manager made it extremely easy and comforting for for us to come in and enjoy the stay and take the time to honor our fallen brother. Whether I have a large group or just my family next time I am in the St. Petersburg Largo area I will Stephanie will be renting this home again simply due to the professionalism and accommodating property managers.
