    Whole-Home Backup Generator: For added comfort and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a whole-home backup generator that automatically provides power during an outage—an especially valuable feature during Florida’s storm season. As part of its regular maintenance schedule, the generator performs a brief automatic test run every other Saturday at approximately 12:00 PM.

    *We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance during hurricane season, which runs from June 1 to November 30 each year. Please note that without travel insurance, cancellations due to hurricanes outside of the standard cancellation window may not be eligible for a refund.

WOW!! This was the best place we have ever stayed at! Everything was labeled and cleaned to perfection! The location was great as it was close to all the things you needed and only 10min to beach! And the pool….unbelievable!!Felt like you were at your own private resort!!Can not say enough good things about this property!! A must stay when your in Clearwater!!

Everything was wonderful, very clean and well organized house! Any questions we had Jeremy was very easy to get a hold of during our stay. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was a huge added bonus to our trip! Also in the perfect location. Highly recommend booking here.

Great place, will stay again.

A wonderful place to stay.House was perfect, had everything you needed and then some.All the little extras were great.Had everything for the beach, the pool for kids.I had contacted the host on how to blow up the soccer ball in the garage & he ordered us a pump from Amazon.

Excellent experience!

The home is beautiful and quaint. Fully equipped with everything our family needed and very comfortable. Peaceful neighborhood; not too far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Arrived Right Before Helene

WOW this home exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is amazing they truly have everything you will need for your stay. The pictures are true to what you see on the site. Cozy, clean, very well thought out. The pool area is GREAT !!!! We arrived the Wednesday before Helene was to arrive and we did really well. Any questions we had the host Jeremy responded very quickly which eased all of our worries. We look forward to returning when it is not hurricane season ;-) It was a good choice we were not disappointed in any way.

Great home

We stayed here due to hurricane helene and Jeremy helped us out when we were down and out! The house was clean, and had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of toys and games for the kids, and the pool, fire pit, and bbq were great. He was always responsive and willing to help. Unfortunately hurricane milton hit during our stay so we lost power for 5 days, but he checked on us and offered to help in the way s he could. The neighborhood felt safe was very close to grocery store and gas station which was nice. We would definitely stay again and we’re sad to leave. Thank you Jeremy!
