The Space:

Sunlight pours through the playful décor, inviting you to unwind on the patio while the pool glistens under a clear sky. You can hear the soft splash of water as you dip into the private pool, then step onto the putting green to practice a perfect putt before the evening settles into a canopy of stars. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the salty breeze drifting from the nearby beach, setting the tone for relaxed days and lively nights with family or friends.



Sleeping arrangements

A private pool awaits, with the option to add heat for a warm soak at any time. Surrounding loungers provide ample space for sunbathing, while the outdoor entertainment area holds a game zone featuring cornhole and a dedicated putting green. An ice bath and fitness area let you refresh and stay active after a swim or a workout.



Kitchen & dining

The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, ready for you to whip up breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A spacious dining area sits just off the kitchen, perfect for gathering around a table to share meals and stories.



Living space

The expansive living area offers comfortable seating and plenty of room for movie nights or board games. A free washer and dryer are conveniently located for longer stays, keeping everything fresh and ready.



Neighborhood & location

Only 3 mi from the beach, you can stroll or bike to the shoreline for a day of sand and surf. Seminole City Park is just 1.5 mi away, offering trails, playgrounds, and picnic spots. The St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport lies 3.5 mi from the home, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress‑free.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community, lush landscaping, and a relaxed, suburban feel. It's often described as a great place to live with a small-town charm, and it's particularly popular with retirees, though it also attracts families. Our home is strategically located near everything you need. It is just a short drive from the pristine Gulf beaches, allowing for easy access to a coastal lifestyle. The area is also well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County.



You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity.



Getting Around:

Driving is the most convenient and common way to get around Seminole and the wider Pinellas County area. The property is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, which runs east-to-west, and Seminole Boulevard, which provides a key north-to-south route. This makes it easy to reach beaches, shopping, and neighboring cities.



Uber/Lyft are readily available and can be a good alternative. Biking is a good option for shorter distances and recreational purposes, the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a major multi-use path that runs for 75 miles through Pinellas County. You can easily rent bikes from local shops and use the trail to explore different communities and access cafes, shops, and parks.



Taxis are also an option, though they are generally less common than rideshare services in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker; however, coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
