Heated Pool
The pool is typically heated to 82°F, depending on outdoor temperatures. During periods of unusually cold weather, the heater may not be able to reach this temperature. For your comfort, a hot tub is available year-round.

Hot Tub
The hot tub is typically set to 102°F. It is drained, cleaned, and refilled between each guest stay. Because of this, it may not have fully reached temperature upon your arrival but will heat up during your first evening.

Supplies:
We do not believe in `starter packs` where you get 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag and have to run out and buy more on your second day of vacation, we would like you to spend time relaxing instead of shopping for that kind of supplies. We strive to supply plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo and hand soap, so there`s enough for several days stay. We also supply laundry detergent, propane gas for the BBQ grill with a spare propane canister so you won`t run out.
Coffee (regular and decaffeinated) is provided for the first couple of nights, so you don`t have to rush out to buy coffee.
Linen: There are towels and linen for all guests, with additional beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and linen if needed.

The vacation property is located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood with minimal traffic and conveniently close to our world famous Gulf Beaches with white sand and clear water, Indian Rocks Beach, oceanside dining, golf courses, and shopping.
Parking for up to 4 cars in the front.

The Pinellas trail is less than a mile away where you can run or bike (there are several bicycle rentals in the area).

Guests have private access to the entire house and backyard with pool and hot tub, except the garage.

We are private local owners and take great pride in our vacation property. We aim to give our guests privacy and only communicate if necessary. We live in the area, therefore we can help very quick if needed.

Sightseeing:
Apart from the wonderful beach, you are within a day trip to Orlando with only 1hr 20 min to Disneyworld and 1hr 40 min to Universal Studios.
Busch Gardens is only 45 min and Legoland is 1hr 25 min away.
Downtown St. Petersburg with its quaint neighborhood, new pier and amazing waterfront is less than 30 min away.

Parties and Noise Ordinance:
We respect that you will have a good time during your vacation and on the other hand please respect the property and that it is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood where no parties are allowed. Please only have registered guests on the property and reach out to me if you have special requests. We have not created the rules but have to emphasize on the Largo City Noise ordinance, sec. 11-117. - Noise Created within residential zones:

7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(a)Except for those noises otherwise specifically provided for within the Largo City Noise ordinance, it shall be unlawful to create or to permit to be created any noise within a residential zone that exceeds 72 dBA measured at the nearest adjacent property line.

6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
not to exceed 55 dBA measured at the nearest adjacent property line.

Excessive noise from parties, people, or vehicles is handled by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. If the noise ordinance is broken, there may be fines as well as court hearings etc. that will be enforced by the County and it will be the responsibility of the guest.

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the property but can be used outside as long as you discard of your cigarette butts etc. accordingly.
