The four of us had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and a close drive to everything we needed to enjoy. The house was clean and had all the necessities. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Such a great place! Quick walk to the beach was made even easier with the buggy provided. Lots of beach toys we were all able to enjoy. The place was clean and stocked upon arrival. We will definitely try and stay next year!

Great house in a great location

This is our third time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and our first time in this house, and this is by far our favorite. The house is as advertised in the listing. It was clean and well stocked, and the host (Massiel) was great. The hammock shown in the listing was missing the fabric when we arrived, but he let us know it was damaged and a new one was on order, and he came and set it up as soon as the new one came in. There were plenty of towels and beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The back yard feels like it could be utilized better. There is a good deal of space, and it backs up to a nature preserve. It would be a nice space for a hot tub. That said, the outdoor seating areas was nice to sit and relax in the morning and at night. Overall a great place at a great price!

Spring Break Trip

We had a great stay at this home. The home was clean and set up with the items we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach access and utilized the wagon, beach toys and chairs that were at the home. The neighborhood is cute and felt safe. Indian Rocks Beach felt like a nice quieter town which is great for a vacation. We also enjoyed the restaurants and coffee shops near by.

Wonderful winter stay!

This beach house was truly wonderful! Large kitchen and dining, covered patio in the back which we used every day, interior even better than the pictures online. 1 block to the beach, beach wagon and chairs in the garage. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts were attentive, friendly and check in was easy. We had a fabulous time and hope to return.

Great experience and perfect location

The property was perfectly clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything from pillows and blankets to kitchen supplies to beach toys. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location can’t be beat! The neighborhood was nice and it was a very short walk to the beach, a playground, and the nature preserve with a beautiful boardwalk path. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Week away with friends

Such a great home in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access is such a close walk and easy to do with the wagon available and a great beach umbrella helped give us shade when needed. Spacious house, great back covered patio, grill, outdoor patio set and hammock. We had a wonderful week at the house. The trolley ($2.25 per person) stop is close too! We loved eating at Sandy’s for breakfast. The sandwiches and Stromboli delivered from Pajanos was yummy! Great crab cakes at Beaches Waves Grill. Lots more restaurants too that we tried! Thank you Maissel for allowing us to stay at your wonderful IRB beach house. It was perfect 😊

Perfect beach getaway; great hosts

Massiel and Arfor have provided a great house just across Gulf Blvd. and the Indian Rocks Beach and so close to many fun day trips. They are very welcoming hosts and were great to deal with. We very highly recommend their beach house!

Fue una experiencia muy buena,excelente casa con todas las comodidades que buscábamos,no faltó ningún detalle,la playa muy próxima,un parque natural muy lindo en general se cumplieron las expectativas,los anfitriones muy amables a cualquier pregunta,volveremos en otro momento.
