Beautiful Clearwater Beach Waterfront Townhome with Boat Slip!

You will absolutely LOVE our Palm Paradise!!!!

3+ Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhouse with 2 car garage AND boat slip centrally located in award winning Clearwater Beach!!

Spectacular location with numerous restaurants and everything else needed for a fantastic beach vacation within a short walk. This beautiful unit has been professionally decorated in a contemporary beach décor.

The three levels of sliding patio doors open to beautiful water views!!

Main floor on the 2nd level has a fully equipped kitchen with silestone quartz counters which open to the dining area where there is a large table with seating for 6 and 4 additional spots at the bar. The main living area and balcony has seating overlooking beautiful Clearwater Bay.

In addition to the relaxing water view, the living area is equipped with a smart TV that offers cable and limited free on demand service. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is located next to the kitchen.

The 3rd floor features the Master Suite and 2 more bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds and the 3rd with a queen, all comfortable memory foam mattresses. The master suite includes a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a cozy balcony off the master where you can sit and enjoy the water view. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.

The ground floor can be accessed through the front door, garage or sliding doors waterside. The ground floor includes a media area with a smart TV and a BONUS queen sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress. (this room is what we consider the 4th bedroom, or bonus room.)

The private patio on the ground level is located near the resort style heated pool with spa and gas grills and leads to the docks and deeded boat slip. Bring your boat and make use of the private boat slip to launch your vessel and spend a day enjoying the Gulf of America. The slip will accommodate boats approximately 40' in length, with drafts up to five feet.

For guests with small children, we have a pack n play, a highchair, retractable baby gates, and beach toys,

Great Condo

Condo was exactly as listed. It’s beautiful! Location was even better than we expected. Right next door to the pool. Everything in Clearwater was within walking distance. Property manager, Colleen, was very responsive.

Such a GREAT PROPERTY!!!

We stayed here over Xmas break with our family. Absolutely beautiful and clean property. Within walking distance to food and shopping. A very short drive to Publix and Sam’s. We loved the clean pool area. The views are amazing! We have older kids 21-24 and we all had enough room.

Clearwater getaway

Couldn’t been happier with our accommodation. We had plenty of room for two youthful families. The house and location was spot on. We were able to walk to dinner, stores and the beach easily. The owners hospitality and communication was excellent. I would recommend and plan on staying in this home again.

Beautiful & convenient property close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was approx .4 miles to the beach & close to many restaurants. The condo provided beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. This condo is on the end of the unit right next to the pool; which was convenient as we had a bunch of teenagers that enjoyed the pool. The pool is a nice size; much larger than most shared pools. We used instacart a couple of times to deliver food & snacks to the condo. Overall, we would stay here again, you won't be disappointed with the location or the space.

An amazing place

Family Vacay

My family and I celebrated my brother’s 50th birthday here and we had a blast! All 9 of us, 8 adults and 1 child. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. The host’s have thoroughly thought out and made all the necessary accommodations to ensure a very memorable experience. They had all the beach necessities and fishing poles and tackle etc… We would love to return in the near future.

Holiday celebration with family.

My adult children and young grandchildren all came together from different parts of the US and so enjoyed our time at Coleen's home. We loved the pool and close access to the beach. We had our holiday dinner at our rental and had all the kitchen necessities required to cook and serve a holiday meal. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed the gorgeous view every day. I did send some inquiries to Colleen,(such as how to work the heat and she responded right away). We had a wonderful time and would go back again!

Stunning!

We just spent the absolute best long weekend in Clearwater with 4 couples for a surprise 40th! This townhouse is incredible. We lacked for nothing, the pool and hot tub are conveniently located to the house. Every one in our party was raving about how clean and comfortable the home is! Thank you so much for taking care of us, and for being a phone call away with answers to questions and recommendations. We will be back soon!

Gorgeous Property in a Perfect Clearwater Location

We had an amazing stay in this condo at Brightwater Blue. The location is within walking distance to so many restaurants, and the beach is a short, 8-10 minute walk. We were extremely impressed at the amenities they offered, including everything you would possibly need for the beach! Inside the condo, everything seemed brand new, and the appliances worked well. A big plus to this property is the location of the community pool right next door. Also, my son loved fishing right off the docks every morning, and we saw dolphins almost every day. We met two guards on staff at the property who were so friendly. Honestly, there is not a negative about this place. We can't wait to return again and will book this exact place. Thanks, Colleen!

Beautiful home & Great Location

Our stay was great. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool area was amazing as well. However it would of been nice to have some umbrellas to escape the sun at times. The beds were extremely firm. If you don't prefer to sleep on a firm mattress, this house is not for you. You can't beat the location. It's within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. This house had everything you needed for a beach day. Thank you for sharing your home.
