The expansive main floor features a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all framed by wall-to-wall windows and glass doors that open onto the deck. Step out onto the 40-foot open deck on the second floor, an ideal spot for your morning coffee or dining as you watch the sunset. The main floor balcony offers large seating, a new bar, and a glowing fire pit for cozy evenings by the lighted pool and spa. We also offer a game room with a ping pong table, fuzzball, an arcade games.

* A modern kitchen designed for large groups with two refrigerators and two dishwashers.
* An additional full-size refrigerator is located by the pool and grilling area.
* Off the living room there is a gas fireplace

**Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:**
This home features beds for up to 18 guests, however, please note that city regulations limit overnight occupancy to 12 adult guests. The configuration includes:
* Upstairs: Six bedrooms, including two oceanfront king master suites (one with a private jacuzzi bath) and an additional hall jacuzzi bath with beach views. Two bedrooms with two queens and two twin rooms off of the queen rooms.
* Main Floor: Two king bedrooms with private baths.
* Bed Types: 4 King Beds, 4 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Day Bed, 1 Bunk Bed (Double on bottom, Twin on top).
