Amazing 11th floor 2 bedroom 2, bath Gulf Front condo with upgrades galore and panoramic views from every window! There`s nothing that says Rest and Relaxation better! Enjoy the spectacular beach views and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Soak up the sun poolside, relax in the hot tub, or catch a game of tennis. The master bedroom has a king bed and a personal full bathroom with a walk-in shower. You also have a gorgeous view and access to the balcony from this master suite. This beautifully decorated corner unit condo has stunning, never-ending views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can watch the gorgeous sunsets right from the covered and screened Gulf front balcony. Note: A 2-week minimum stay requires Saturday arrival in season. ***NOTE: THIS UNIT IS A STRICT 2-WEEK MINIMUM STAY*****PARKING INCLUDED FOR 1 VEHICLE; ADDITIONAL VEHICLES WILL BE $60**

Ocean Sands is centrally located in Madeira Beach on Gulf Blvd, which is in the heart of everything! This beachfront property is a twelve-story condominium complex with spacious Gulf-front balconies, an elevator, and a heated Gulf-front pool. You will enjoy the breathtaking views of an expansive beach and the Gulf of Mexico`s shimmering blue-green waters, plus all the amazing wildlife just steps from your door. This property is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and only a mile from John’s Pass.



Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to `settle` the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John`s Pass Village and Boardwalk.



John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

Amazing Ocean View

We had a lovely time in Ocean Sands 1107. The view of the ocean is incredible! The unit itself is a nice size and the kitchen is well stocked. It was very clean and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. As mentioned in another review the carpet does have a number of stains but mostly around the dining area. I should mention that the location of the Condo is in a busy area and the nightly live music from the bar across the street is fairly loud and can be heard when in the second bedroom and living-room until about 2am. (You can’t hear it from the main bedroom). There are many great restaurants around and John’s Pass is walking distance. Overall we had a fantastic time!

Beautiful condo along the stunning Madeira Beach.

Ocean Sands is a fabulous place to stay with a location that cannot be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week visit and this condo did not disappoint. We loved the outdoor balcony with plenty of furniture for our entire group of six to enjoy watching the dolphins and beach activities. Such a convenient location within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops along Gulf Blvd. Walked many times down to John's Pass which is not quite two miles away. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful condo, friendly neighbors, clean beach and very nice pool area. The only recommendations I would suggest is to have the carpets cleaned ( stained and looked dirty) and the master shower needs to be snaked or have “ Draino” used. You stand in water and it takes a long time to drain. Although it is not listed, the condo does have beach towels, coolers, chairs, and toys if you have kids. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the couch does have a pull out bed. The beds are comfortable, and the master is a great size. We really enjoyed the balcony for sunsets. We saw dolphins everyday and Manatees a few times from the balcony as well. Close to many restaurants and shopping, and about 3 miles from John’s Pass. Would recommend, and would stay here again.

Awesome Condo

Loved the view. Very convenient location. Very comfortable accommodations. Great pool. Property Manager very helpful and friendly. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and on the balcony would have been nice. But overall I would highly recommend this condo.
